Perfect location

We came in on a ferry, and it was walkable to the hotel and from there to every single thing we wanted to see. Location we perfect. Lots of extra (cost-saving) amenities, helped take away the edge on the overall steep price. Clean, nice, and spacious suites. Definitely no more than 3-stars for comfort/style, but no real complaints.

Home from Home

Comfortable modern suite in quiet and interesting location. Well equipped to cook for yourself, but the buffet also serves a decent breakfast (included in room rate). Very helpful and welcoming staff. We would use it again.

Great stay

Very nice. Modern, room and bath room were very clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful, large breakfast spread, next to Albert Dock but a little inconvenient to City Center, but only a short walk. Will definitely stay there on return to Liverpool.

Excellent location and very pleasant

Excellent location and very pleasant stay. The self-service breakfast was very good except the scrambled egg which tasted as if was made from powder. The room had everything needed, from cooking range to LCD TV. The washroom and shower was great, my only comment would be that the 'loo' roll was very thin! Quite surprising for such luxary accommodation.
