Opened May 2009, 61 brand new luxury apartments at Lever Court, located on Duke Street in the up and coming Ropewalks area of the city centre, right next door to the Liverpool ONE development, the North West of Englands premier shopping and leisure destination.

Just a 5 minute walk from Liverpools famous Albert Dock, Liverpools very own Echo/ACC Arena, home to the 2008 European MTV Awards and a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Train Station. Lever Court offers a variety of 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments including Duplex and Penthouse apartments, so there is something to suit everyone.

Finished to a very high standard, all apartments come complete with complimentary wireless internet access, flat screen TV, DVD player, free view and Sky Sports Channels and fully equipped kitchens, with dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. A selection of apartments also have balconies, en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and panoramic views across Liverpools distinctive skyline and famous waterfront.

STANDARD - APARTMENT
Apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The apartment sleeps 3 people. In addition to the facilities already listed (see below) there is a fully-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.
Please note ID is required at check in (i.e. a valid passport or driver’s license). Please note we operate a strict non-smoking policy and do not allow our apartments as a base for parties. There is a 2 night minimum stay at weekends.

Ideally located

Cleanliness needs to be looked at. I had to wipe blood from the wall in the kitchen. It was only small but disgusting. Carpet in bedroom dirty and stained and kitchen floor sticky.

on arrival to the apartments the girl on reception was extremely rude and ignorant and not very helpful, there after all other staff was helpful and helped as much as they can very pleasent and happy to have stayed in the lever court apartments

For a very new establishment things

For a very new establishment things were quite run down, dirty and/or not functioning. Also, the welcome on arrival was poor (we arrived at 12.30 p.m. with luggage and were eventually directed to a locker room where we could leave our luggage for 3 pounds per locker!). On our room being made available, the lift was out of service & the washing machine did not work. An hour later we were eventually moved to another room. The bed had no pillow cases, which were supplied at 10.30 p.m. A noisy group partied to 4.00 a.m. & the lift did not function for the duration of our visit. We would NOT stay here again.

Excellent apartments, courteous

Excellent apartments, courteous staff and central location ideal for Liverpool arena, Albert docks and chopping. We were given a duplex room upgrade which was excellent could sleep 8.
