I was surprised to find that my room was across the road and while it had a security key approach, but being female and staying alone, it did not make me feel comfortable when I returned to the hotel at 9.30pm. While the location was good being close to Baker Street, the staff in the main building friendly and the buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection, it's highly unlikely I would stay there again or recommend it to friends or family.

Perhaps I requested a quiet room, but we were billetted in a basement tiny box with no outside window, and surfaces not clean. Nice new small shower room. Electricity cut in night so air con stopped for 2 hours. But staff very nice and very helpful and location good.

Very disappointing
One of the worst hotels we've ever stayed! We usually stay in 4-5 star hotels in our travel, so when we were looking for a hotel in London, we were attracted to this "Four Seasons" London hotel as they advertised themselves as a 4-star hotel and the price was comparatively good. Well, first, do not be fooled by the name, as this is not your chain "Four Seasons." Not sure how they get away with using the brand name, but what is worse, this is NOT a 4-star hotel. This is hardly even a 3-star hotel. Our double room was in a basement and was a size of a small closet. The bathroom was so tiny that you would have to squeeze in it to pass the sink, even if you are skinny. There was no desk nor chair. The first manager we talked to was rude. Only after multiple complaints and [...], another manager switched us to an upper floor where the room was a bit larger and had a desk and a chair, but still, it was not pleasant. The room was hot, so we had to keep a window open (there was a fan but no AC). The hotel advertised themselves as being newly refurbished, do not believe it either. The construction in the hotel is not over and makes rooms noisy. There was no safe in the room either.
