Nice Hotel, pity about the night staff
stayed in a triple room with friends. good value for money. room was a bit hot, but very clean and good comfy beds. Check in was fine, but when we came back after dinner and wanted a drink at the bar, there was only one lady serving. Her colleague, name beginning with an F, was unwilling to help her out. He stood at reception and did nothing in spite of a number of guests requesting that he help. Another guy came on and the 2 of them stood at reception chatting. They claimed they were doing a handover, but the young lady really needed their help. Pity they couldn't have demonstrated customer service and teamworking! Will probably stay again, but sure hope they can improve on their staff to customer ratios!

Long walk from the tube
We stayed for 2 nights for the Diamond Jubilee. The walk to and from the tube station was never ending. Clean rooms but the official photos were obviously taken with a wide angle lens, we found them to be very small with just enough room to walk between the beds. The beds were comfortable but the room was noisy. We were on the first floor overlooking the front of the building. Traffic noise was a problem as there was no double glazing and the windows didn't shut properly. You'll need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Not a bad hotel but much more expensive than the budget chains - I don't think you get any more for your money so difficult to justify the extra cost.

Durchschnittliches bis gutes Hotel, teils sehr laut
Wir waren als Familie (Eltern und ein Kind) in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war angenehm gross, die Betten gut. Die Sauberkeit war zu Beginn gut und hat dann leider während unseres Aufenthalts nachgelassen. Sehr störend war jedoch die schlechte Dämpfung des Parkettbodens in den Zimmern, man hat somit jeden Nachbarn links und rechts und vor allem von oben sehr gut gehört. Alles in allem eher drei denn vier Sterne, die dafür sehr gut.

Zimmer total ok, Personal naja!
Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Zimmerservice war ok. Aber das Personal an der Rezeption und an der Bar scheint wenig Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gästen zu haben. Ein paar Sätze Konversation oder gar ein paar nette Worte sind nicht zu erwarten. Kühles England scheint hier im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes zuzutreffen. Aber man ist ja nicht wegen des Hotelpersonals in London, wenngleich ein wenig Freundlichkeit gut tut.

agréable séjour
l'hôtel est très bien situé pour le centre ville, dans un quartier calme et joli. Le personnel n'est pas très souriant et il faut pas demander grand chose. L'ascenseur un peu long. Beaucoup de bruit dans les chambres, simple vitrage et pas du tout d'insonorisation. La chambre très grande pour une toute petite salle de bain, un peu poussièreuse et rien pour poser ses affaires. Les lits sont confortables. Petits déjeuner copieux et prix tout à fait abordable pour la quantitié. Bon hôtel d'une chaine d'hôtel espagnol
