Decent, clean hotel about 7 mins
Decent, clean hotel about 7 mins walk from Gloucester Rd tube station in a very nice area. Room was small but perfectly OK as a place to sleep - bathroom spotless and looked recently fitted out. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly go back in the future.

Well located near the tube ( and also a tour bus stop) and within walking distance of Harrods. The rooms were small but comfortable and breakfast was basic. Ideal for a reasonably priced weekend away.

Had a basement room with small
Had a basement room with small bathroom, the sink in the bathroom would not empty. Safe in room too small for laptop. Didn't stay for breakfast. Would not like to stay again.

A very clean hotel, seemed newly
A very clean hotel, seemed newly painted and renovated. The bedroom was very small, though comfortable. Breakfast was adequate though dining room became so crowded at peak hour (8.30 to 9.30)that on one occasion we left without it. Yet, overall good value for money.

What a disappointment this hotel
What a disappointment this hotel was. When we arrived, the staff on the front desk were rude, they were so busy flirting with each other they had no time for checking in their guests. They gave us no indication of where our room was, we just had to guess. When we found our room, it was so tiny, you couldn't swing a rat let alone a cat in it. We had to get dressed at separate times because it was so small. It was however, very clean and modern. I asked for an extra pillow and was told in no uncertain terms that "We don't do extra pillows" The breakfast was terrible. The juice was cheap and nasty, the bread for toast was so thin you could see through it, the toasters did not work properly, and the yoghurt was revolting.
