Good clean basic hotel with all
Good clean basic hotel with all the necessary things needed. Breakfast rather modest. Location quite good especially for travel to/from Heathrow. Walking distance to Cloucester Road Station is fine without luggage and still OK with bags with wheels.

The hotel was a great surprise.
The hotel was a great surprise. I was a little bit nervous about the comments I read in here, but once iI got there I found a really nice (small, but hey, I was in there for one nigth), clean, spot on shower and nice bed. I would recomend the hotel without a shadow of doubt.

A well located hotel. Easy to
A well located hotel. Easy to get to from Heathrow airport and to see London attractions. Very clean, new and fresh although rather sparse in decoration. The only difference between the standard room and deluxe room was a very slightly larger bathroom. Breakfast is basic, cereal, toast and tea but perfectly adequate. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Very good hotel for a comfortable stay.

The dining room wasn't very good
The dining room wasn't very good at all - there were no directions to it, and it was in the basement, which didn't have enough seats or tables so you had to queue to get a table so you could eat your food. It was undecorated with just plain white walls.

Very clean, but the overpowering
Very clean, but the overpowering smell of cleaning products was unpleasant. Spotless sleek modern bathroom. Good location. Quiet at night. 5 min walk from underground station. Helpful staff. Continental breakfast included. Wifi worked in lobby but not in room. Would stay here again.
