our room was next to the corridor
our room was next to the corridor door, so we hear everytime people who go and the door closing, it was noisy. but the hotel is good and clean! Next to the metro station!

The hotel was a great surprise.
The hotel was a great surprise. I was a little bit nervous about the comments I read in here, but once iI got there I found a really nice (small, but hey, I was in there for one nigth), clean, spot on shower and nice bed. I would recomend the hotel without a shadow of doubt.

Fantastic location, very modern,

A well located hotel. Easy to get to from Heathrow airport and to see London attractions. Very clean, new and fresh although rather sparse in decoration. The only difference between the standard room and deluxe room was a very slightly larger bathroom. Breakfast is basic, cereal, toast and tea but perfectly adequate. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Very good hotel for a comfortable stay.

A very clean hotel, seemed newly
A very clean hotel, seemed newly painted and renovated. The bedroom was very small, though comfortable. Breakfast was adequate though dining room became so crowded at peak hour (8.30 to 9.30)that on one occasion we left without it. Yet, overall good value for money.

Dear Would-be Guests, I cannot say anything about Avni Kensington Hotel except good. The room was small, but cosy and clean (let's hope they keep their cleaning ladies). Bathroom is the same. The location is close to Gloucester Road subway station, easy to access the historical centre. The breakfast is perfect. In summary, this hotel is a good value for your money. I would stay here next time, too.
