nice short stay, pleasant and efficient
Was there to meet up with friends in the City for the weekend. Pleasant room; efficient and friendy personnel. Would like to stay there again.

OK NIGHT
The staff was helpful. you had to pay 15pounds to park. The rooms though are not that good or at least the ones we had. Our 1st room had a bad body odor smell to it, like a gym locker room. Also the bed linens were dirty not changed at all, still hair and dirt from whoever slept there before. So we requested another room and the staff was helpful to do so. The other room also had the odor too, must have just been all the rooms then. Also the rooms are small, tight for even two people. Overall it was ok since we just stayed one night, but I would never stay there again.

Great location
The hotel is very clean and the location is just perfect, one block away of a railway and tube station. Nice restaurants around. Rooms are small but clean and the bed was very confortable.

Over rated
The location and service were acceptable but the room we were given was very small and located below ground with a tiny window opening on the ten by ten foot air shaft. It was very hot with only a fan. A request for a better room was denied because they were fully booked. This hotel should be rated two stars at most!

Close to the Heathrow Express
The Room was small, but that isn't unusual for London. We had a problem with our toilet, and the staff was very helpful in getting it fixed. It was within walking distance of Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, and Kensington Gardens. There was also a number 15 bus stop right in front.
