Business Trip on a budget
This hotel was a good value (even though I had to upgrade to a larger room). Internet was free, breakfast good and they took the time to make sure I got a room very close to the elevator since I was on crutches. Will definitely add this to hotel to my business rotation.

Recently refurbished this hotel is very well appointed and in an excellent location. A single room was nowhere as small as in many other London hotels.

Huone ilman ikkunaa
Hotelli vaikutti siistiltä ja mukavalta. Ainoa miinus tulee siitä, että minulle sattui ilmeisesti toinen kahdesta ikkunattomasta huoneesta. Eipä tuo hirveästi haitannut, kun viivyin vain yhden yön ja hotelli oli varattu vain sitä varten, että siellä on mukavampi nukkua kuin lentokentällä. Hotellissa oli asiallinen ja hyvä palvelu. Hotellilta oli helppo päästä aivan keskustaa metrolla ja Heathrowlle läheiseltä Paddingtonin rautatieasemalta.

Matkalla hotellilta Lancaster Gaten metroasemalle vastaan tulee Swan niminen pubi, jossa on mahdollista päästä maistelemaan Fuller'sin oluita tarjottuna real ale tyyliin. Viikonloppuisin paikalla on myös live esiintyjiä.

改装工事中でした。部屋自体は完成しているのか工事音がうるさいことはないのですが、朝食をジュースやシリアルバーがボックスにまとめられたものを部屋で食べるしかありません。最初に3泊、間を空けて1泊し、最初3泊はよかったのですが、後半の1泊の方。3泊の時とは違う部屋だったのですが、風呂の換気扇の停止スイッチがなく、ずっと音がする。エレベーターの昇降音もあり、眠れませんでした。また深夜にレセプションにチェックアウトタイムを尋ねたら「12時」と言われたのに（何度も確認しました）、実際は11時。せめてホテ 社員内での連絡はきちんとして欲しいです。
