perfect hotel for a week end
room are quite small but clean and full of comfort, just a little noisy, walls are paper thin and you can hear your neigbors snoring... the location is fantastic and it's abosultely vfm

Good For London
Hotel generally exceeded my expectations and stay was good. The fact that it's an international chain means that there is a minimum level of performance and cleanliness that I was expecting and was met. I would probably stay there again.

Location, Location ... Location
I did not mind to that the rooms are small and if you are overweight you will not fit in the shower. The big problem is that the hotel is far from every tourist attraction, but really close to the underground.

Just enjoy without any tension
I find this hotel very nice to stay. I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is very good, its too near from paddington underground. Room are quite clean and comfortable. Staffs are very active and helpful. Reception opened 24 hour. There are well connected internet and televisions for entertainment in every room. So anyone can enjoy their holidays here without any tension.

clean and cozy room
The location is okay in a good neighbourhood and close to paddington station. of course it could be closer to the centre but the train connection are great. the room was very clean and had everything you could expect but was a little small. the staff was nice and helpful. for the small price you pay you get a lot

double payment
Lost Paperwork
Well when I first arrived they said my booking wasn't in the system. I showed them the print out receipt and they got us a room. Then 2 of my friends tried to check in and use their credit cards and they were declined, yet they worked everywhere else in London later that day. So they came back with cash. 3 days later while checking out they said 1 of my friends did not give them cash and somehow they got the credit card charged the night before. So she paid double. I had no problems with my room but both of my friends said the showers were cold and one completely stopped working mid-shower once.

Meets expectations

Good vaule in a good area
The hotel is conveniently located north of Hyde Park and a short walk to the Lancaster Gate tube stop. You can reach both Kensington Palace and Oxford in 15 minutes. Only con is no wifi hotel-wide: you must be in the lobby to use it.
