Very nice hotel, modern and clean
Small room (not much bigger than the bed!)but if you're just going to sleep there, it's a great place.

Nice location, great prices
The hotel was a great location for us. The rooms are small, but perfect for two people. The maid service was not the best. The hotel employees at the front desk were very helpful. There was no concierge so you should book any day trips yourself before you get to the hotel.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
"Ask" is the name of the Italian restaurant directly across the street from the hotel and they had the best Italian food. A little pricy but worth it.

London Stay at Cromwell
Excellent location. Right by Tube with excellent Tube connections to all other parts of London. Lovely neighborhood with homes, an excellent French cafe, a selection of dining options, a neighborhood pub, garden trees in view. Just a really delightful spot from which to depart and to return home. Hotel staff were very courteous and efficient. Made my first trip to London absolutely perfect.

Great place, good value
I am a frequent visitor of London and have become quite fussy about the hotels I stay in. This was my first stay at the Best Western and I loved every bit of it. The single room was tiny, but then again I knew what I was in for. The rooms are contemporary and clean; the bathroom modern and spotless. The Wifi internet access was good and the flat screen television worked perfectly. Friendly staff as well. I've found my favourite hotel in London and will definitely be staying there again.

Great Hotel
The room was very modern, clean and neat. It was small but I loved it. The service was great and I loved the bathrooms. The tv had a lot of chanels and the hotel was next to a metro stop so you can get anywhere very quickly.

Great location - clean rooms
I picked this hotel because of the good price and proximity to the tube. I didn't even appreciate until getting to London that I was on 3 different tube lines at the Gloucester stop which was super convenient for everywhere I wanted to go. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and had great AC. Wish the room had a tub, but that was no big deal. Elevator doesn't go to the fifth floor, so be aware if you have any mobility issues to make sure you are on an accessible floor. I would happily stay here again.

Shopping tip:
Long walk from hotel
Harrods is right up the road from the hotel (as are the Natural History and V&A museums). A short walk by NYC standards, but probably a long walk for most.

Chelsea London
This hotel is in a great location. It's been renovated recently. The bathroom is very clean and nice. If you are a person who wants an American hotel room, forget it. It's small and it serves it's purpose. It has a tv but we didn't watch it as we were enjoying the city. Great hotel. Jeff Powalie

Clean and pleasant
Very convenient hotel; quick walk to the Underground station; the room, although on the small side, was pleasantly decorated and very clean. Also appreciated the free internet access. All around, I felt very comfortable at this hotel.
