CANCELLATION POLICY;
We take a one night deposit from a credit card to secure all reservations, which is fully refundable subject to our 5 day cancellation policy (1 room). Bookings for 2 or more rooms will be subject to 7 full days cancellation policy. Cancellations are required in writing; letter, fax or email please. Cancellation policy varies over the Christmas/New Year Period. (We regret that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club credit cards).
