Good staff. Cramped room for $80 ie 55 pounds Minimal breakfast in room because no breakfast room No shower and basement shower did not work

a very basic room, centrally located
The hotel is in a good location for getting to London attractions. It's clean, but spartan. I shared the room with my college-aged daughter, and it was adequate for sleeping and showering. The lighting was week for reading. A continental breakfast was promised if we called the desk in the morning, but no one answered the phone, and no one was at the desk when we checked on our way out.

It locates near the underground
It locates near the underground station. The location is very good. But I think it would be better if a room has a shower inside it.

El hotel está muy bien situado
El hotel está muy bien situado a 2 minutos de la estación Marble Arch con buena comunicación de autobuses y metro y se puede ir andando a la estación Paddington. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno, nosotros hemos estado encantados y si volvemos repetiremos en el mismo B&B.

Equipements très vétustes. Sanitaires
Equipements très vétustes. Sanitaires sales. Chambre mal agencée. Papiers décollés. Lavabo ridicule. Mauvais fonctionnement de la douche. Trous dans le dessus de lit. Petit déjeuner mal servi le deuxième matin. Enormément de bruit la nuit (bruits de meubles déplacés ??) faisant trembler le plafond et les murs ! Dommage, sinon le personnel est aimable et l'hôtel extrêmement bien situé. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel et n'y retournerai pas, c'est sûr !
