Perfect Hotel in London
This is a really nice hotel in london. camden market is very near (5 minutes walking distance). in front of the hotel is the underground-station chalk farm. the rooms are clean, staff is friendly and there is a nice restaurant in the same building with nice coffee and breakfast. And.. the price is good as well :) Enjoy!

Not bad for the money
My husband and I stayed here October 4-7, 2011 as the last leg of our 3-week European adventure so we had stayed in a lot of hotels at this point. The location worked out great for us, it was minutes from the Chalk Farm exit on the Northern line of the tube. We were able to walk to restaurants and the Camden Markets which we enjoyed. It was about a 20 minute tube ride to get to where the London and Tower Bridges are and the tube was clean and easy to use. This hotel is older and the bathroom is extremely small but we were there to see London not our hotel room so it worked out great. It was cool while we were there so we didn't need the window in our room open a lot which was good because it was a bit loud with the window open as our room was facing the street.

good location and simple
Was on vacation and staying over night to get a chance to shop in Camden market as well as be closer to kings cross to take my train. Positives: only a 5ish minute walk to Camden market/banks/food/tube stations. Very simple easy and reasonably priced for what I needed. Had a great view as I was on the 3rd floor. The receptionist was courteous and informative. Better than other hotels I've stayed at for longer stays. Negatives: no elevator and its 6 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. The bed was broken. No alarm clock or phone in the room.

stayed there the night that I went to see a gig at the Roundhouse - and for that the location literally just across the road is absolutely unbeatable. It's also good for the Camden markets hustle and bustle, and the underground station round the corner links the place to the rest of London. It's a cheap deal for London - and you get what you pay for in this context, i.e. not much beyond a place to crash safely. Internet didn't work, facilities are sparse (but just about sufficient), the room small and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. But OK for a night or two if you don't mind making do with just basic comfort.

It was perfect as a base for a trip round Camden. Everything was clean and presentable but you didn't want to spend all day in your room. I did think it was a little expensive for what you got, however I expect this is justifiable in this area. We didn't have breakfast as I didn't really fancy the idea of eating in the reception room but it looked and smelt pretty good.
