Super zentral gelegen
Das Personal ist perfekt ausgebildet. Das Erscheinungsbild des Hotels super. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Auf dem Flur im 6. Stock roch es unangenehm, jedoch im Zimmer nicht.

Bestmögliche Lage, windige Zimmer
Sehr schönes Gebäude, freundliches Personal. Leider war die Lüftung/Heizung im Raum ziemlich Laut und sorgte für einen permanenten Luftzug im Bett.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel
Das Hotel ist wie gesagt sehr zentral gelegen auch sehr sauber. Leider haben wir uns zu einenmExtraangebot überreden lassen. Das heisst neu ausgestattetes Zimmer, inkl. Frühstück und einen etxtra Wein auf dem Zimmer. Leider war es der Aufpreis absolut nicht wert. Wir hatten zwar schöne Bettwäsche eine etwas grössere Dusche, von Kontinentalfrühstück hatten wir nicht viel davon. Wir haben Kaffe ohne Milch bekommen, auf das Brot mussten wir etwa eine halbe Stunde warten und die Fleisch und Käseplatte war auch ziehmlich leer. Dem Kellner war es auch egal und auch an der Reception interessierte sich nicht wirklich jemand für unser Anliegen. Fazit: Der Aufpreis ist nicht wirklich zu empfelen.

Schönes Hotel mit viktorianischem Flair. Optimale Anbindung ans Underground.Netz. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer neu adaptiert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Ca. 10min zu Fuss zum Big Ben, zum London Eye ca. 15min zu Fuss. Das Hotel jedoch lässt für ein 4-Sterne Hotel sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Gutes Wochenendtripp-Hotel
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, konnten ohne Probleme unser Gepäck einstellen, das Zimmer war früher bezugsbereit. Es war sauber und nett der Jahreszeit angepasst dekoriert. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt neben der Underground und man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss am Piccadilli. Empfehlenswert für einen Wochenendtripp in London.

Bon et très bien situé
Facile d'accès, le Charing Cross offre de bons services et un personnel aimable. Confort positif même si la chambre n'est pas de très grande dimension. Situation parfaite pour visiter les sites les plus connus de Londres.
