Super Hotel mitten in London
Das Hotel ist wunderschön weihnachtlich dekoriert. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir konnten gratis im Internet surfen und unseren Webcheckin ausdrucken lassen. Es kann Freitags und Samstag schon sehr laut werden, da viele Restaurant in der Nähe sind. Auch der Strassenlärm ist nicht zu überhören. Dafür ist es wirklich sehr zentral gelegen.

Alles Bestens!
Am Hotel ist nichts auszusetzen! Freundliches Personal, sauber, Zimmer modern ausgestattet etc. Hotel liegt perfekt! Unmittelbar davor ist die Bushaltestelle und U-Bahnstation. Oder man geht zu Fuss und ist in ca. 7 Minuten am Picadilly Circus. Werde das nächste mal wieder dort einchecken.

Kurzurlaub
sehr gutes Touristenhotel an zentraler Lage
Hotel schön und sehr gepflegt. Am Abend wurden Treppenhaus, Restaurant und Bar mit künstlichem Kerzenlicht beleuchtet was sehr romantisch aussah. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Doppel- und ein Einerzimmer. Das Doppelzimmer war perfekt, zweckmässig und sauber, das Einerzimmer sehr klein, mit schmalem Bett, dunkel, kleines Fenster mit Sicht auf Hinterhof und eine schmutzige Fensternische.

Deux chambres identiques réservées. Une chambre était très bien située (5ème étage, spacieuse) l'autre au 2ème avec vue sur les toits intérieurs (bref vue borgne).

Das Hotel hat seine 4* verdient. Mehrsprachiges, sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sind gut und sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Lage ist absolut super. Preis/Leistung für London TOP! Kommen wieder in dieses Hotel.
