Chiswick Moran Hotel London

The hotel allowed us to check in early, which was great after a long overnight flight from the US. The hotel is near a subway stop. The room was nice and pretty clean. The shower pressure was awful! Free wifi in the lobby. We booked this room through a discount site and were overall happy with the value and the room.

We arrived at the hotel by 8 am for a 6 night stay. We had to wait in the comfortable lobby about 20 minutes for our room to be prepared. The room was huge with a large bathroom. We have stayed in several hotels in London and this is by far the most comfortable one yet.

The hotel was great. The rooms had plenty of room and very clean and the staff was very attentive. The hotel was a little farther out from the main part of London, but the underground tube was only a 3 minute walk, Over all the hotel was better than we expected for hotels in Great Britain. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was great. Right off the tube at Gunnersbury, only a block and a half to the hotel. Less than a mile from shops and food. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very nice. You can get wireless access, but it is expensive. However there are many coffee shops withing walking distance with free wifi. The beds have firm mattresses, which I dont like, but that's a personal preference and the sheets were clean and all was bed bug free. Also, a very safe neighborhood. The restaurant was expensive, but the food was worth the cost. The lobby bar was also nice and the prices were comparable to the pubs in the neighborhood. All around i we recommend this hotel.

Everything was suprisingly good and clean. I totally recommend it.

My fiance and I spent 5 nights at the Chiswick Moran and enjoyed our stay. Only gripe I had was the floor we had stayed on (6th floor) had a very bad smoke smell, but thankfully didn't creep into our room. Overall our stay was splendid and the morning staff was very helpful in explaining how to get around using the Tube and Night busses.

the chiswick moran hotel was a good london location with close access to the underground and an easy 10 to 15 minute ride to most london spots. The hotel is on the "green" District line that moves throughout city. The rooms were a little dated in style for U.S visitors but were clean and comfortable. Hotel bar and restaurant provided decent food and service but Chiswick itself proved a better find. Chiswick itself has a nice little downtown village filled with all varieties of food choices and small shops. I would stay at this hotel again.

Really comfy room. The breakfast and evening meal we had were very good and very good value. the bar was good although a little pricey. Not the most comfortable place to enjoy a drink, better seating and a little more light would have been better. The staff were really helpful and the only complaint for this hotel would be the lack of tourist information, brochures etc. On the whole would deffo recommend to others.

We were allowed to check in at 1000 as they had an available room.(That doesn't usually happen.) Comfortable bed. We could darken the room to sleep during the day as we just arrived transatlantic. Wonderful area in walking distance with shops, restaurants and sightseeing. The food was bland and typically English. Would suggest eating somewhere else if possible.

Great location for Chiswick, west London and is truly 25 mins from Heathrow. Hotel is only a few years old with modern style. Room was large for London, but let down by average servicing. Had to ask for an extra towel every single day (only got one for the two of us), plus replacement coffee. Food service trays left outside the room in the AM were still there 7+ hours later. Internet in the room was expensive at 15 pounds/day. We enjoyed the bar: good atmosphere and wide range of drinks, plus free Internet. Staff were helpful but not really friendly.
