Great location, decent hotel
Nicely appointed room. The free and fast wi-fi is a welcome amenity. Lighting in the room was a bit dim - I approve of the energy-saving bulbs, but even when fully lit it was a bit dark. The location - just around the corner from Holborn tube - is fantastic for lots of central London.

Great location, clean and comfy!
I loved it here - you can't beat the location of course - right by the British Museum and in the heart of London - Soho area. The staff was great, there is free wifi, the room is cozy, clean and has kitchens. There are so many things nearby. The hallway on my floor (4th floor) smelled really bad, other than that, the room was very clean, shower was great. There is a gym too. It was also very quiet which is nice. A little on the pricey side, but for the location, I guess you get what you pay for.

Great location
easy access to the tube station across the street. Access to major buses, and a short walk to covenant garden, a fun area to spend the day. Two great grocery stores across the street and down the block, allowed us to have fine breakfast fare in our room. Nice to have a small kitchen and large bathroom in the unit with ample space to move around in the efficiency unit. We has a quiet courtyard facing unit. The desk people were very helpful with our booking of a day trip for us.

WORST SERVICE HOTEL
I would not recommend you to stay in this hotel. The location is prime but the staff is rude & unhelpful. In the hotel description says light cleaning, so had to check when they change the linens & when they clean the bathrooms & vaccum the floor. Per the hotel staff after every 4 days. I stayed there for 6 nights but the linens were never changed & the bathroom never cleaned, I requested the same to the cleaning staff & the receptionist & they advised that it will be done. It was not done. The wood floors in the hotel are so dirty you can see the spots on floor & feel the floor being sticky. The receptionists are rude, had to ask them to help wth making a call they recptionists answer was are you trying to save the phone call money. I would never go back to this hotel & I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for sure.

Great location; good for business travel
In an excellent location in central London, right across the street from the Holborn tube stop (Central and Piccadilly lines). I've stayed here several times -- rooms are comfortable with a small kitchenette (there are two grocery stores within a block) and laundry facilities on the ground floor (a tad expensive but convenient). Downside -- the rooms are DARK -- there are few lights and they all have low-wattage CFL bulbs; the TV screen is small and mounted on the wall above the desk, making it difficult to see from the bed across the room. Overall, though, good value for the money.
