Located just a few steps away from Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square, this property is close to government buildings as well as the Westminster Abbey. A few minutes from the National Gallery which houses one of the greatest collections of European paintings in the world, the property also provides 24-hour reception, Breakfast room, Launderett, Safe deposit at reception, Wifi zone, Vending machine, Gym Sauna, Business corner, Meeting rooms Babysitting services, Breakfast in lounge, Car hire, Cleaning service on demand, Daily cleaning Dry cleaning service, Ironing service, Pets allowed, Private carpark, Shoe polisher, Wake-up service and Weekly cleaning. Breakfast now 12GBP per person and 6GBP for people below the age of 12. "The residence is currently undergoing a renovation. During this time all services will be operating normally except the on site parking facilities. great location

Close to so much: theater, Westminster, Victoria. Clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. 24-hour coffee and tea in lobby. Next to Sherlock Holmes pub.

A fine place to stay!

Beds are a couch that pulls apart. Not uncomfortable, but once you pull them apart, they stay that way.

Citadines Apartment Hotel Trafalgar Squ.

The location gave excellent access to central London including theatres, restaurants, art & portrait galleris, Buckingham Palace, Parliament Square, Westminster Abbey, London Eye and several Underground stations, etc. all within easy walking distance. The apartment cooking faciliies although a tight fit were adequate for light meals including breakfast, suppers and hot drinks. There was plenty of cutlery, crockery and pans suppliprovided. We got what we expected and will probably stay there again on a future visit.

Fantastic location for the price

I did not realize that people in England did not use wash cloths. Had to improvise. House cleaning was only once a week. Had to pay for additional towels. We were suppose to get breakfast in our package and the hotel would not honor that.

I wanted a double and got a twin,

I wanted a double and got a twin, the bathroom light flickered constantly, the shower didn't work and I asked for an important alarm call and didn't recieve it. Not a good experience.

Excellent location!

Fantastic location! Walking distance to Big Ben, Houses of Parlament, London Eye, Whitehall, Trafalger Square, West End Theaters, etc etc. We didn't bother eating the breakfast at the hotel as it was a bit pricey for what was on offer...there are plenty of places nearby where you can grab something to eat. We were on the 8th (top) floor and so the room was quiet. The only complaint was the pullout couch/bed. We knew this was what we were getting so that wasn't the problem....it was the pillows!!! The world's most hard, lumpy, thin, uncomfortable pillows were provided. If you can, bring your own pillows!

My stay at London Citadines Trafalgar

Location it's perfect. Short walk to Trafalgar Square. Two tube station near: Trafalgar Square and Embankment. There we can view the Big Ben or the London Eye, The Thames and the Big Ben... One tube station to Piccadilly , 2 tube station to Oxford. Two supermarket Tesco Express and Mark & Spencer at Charing Cross station.

Basic hotel in great location

Great location, central to everything in London, can't be beat. Very basic accomodations by American styles, not a whole lot of kitchen equipment, very basic beds with thin blankets, not enough pillows, extra charges for everything (typical British accomodations)

Go to Leicster square or walk out to Embankment Tube station for quick, good food - chinese, sushi, italian.
