Great for family stay!
Wonderful location! The 1-bedroom apt was great for our family of 4. The sofa bed folded out into 2 single beds. Nice modernist furniture, very clean, handy kitchen, quiet, free wi-fi. There were heavy fire doors on the main room and the bedroom, so you were isolated in each room, which was a bit odd. Unlike many European hotels, breakfast was NOT included, but the beverage machine in the lobby was greatly appreciated. Lots of shops nearby for stocking the fridge. We would most definitely recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Excellent location
We received our room when we arrived, way before check in time. Great after an overnight flight! Location for this hotel is excellent if you are a traveler who wants to go to famous attractions in London, two underground stops and a train station within a 3 minute walk! The coffee machine in the lobby provided the needed fuel for a day of walking around a wonderful city. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Great place to stay in the heart of London
Close to everything we wanted to see an do. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room clean, beds comfortable. A few hassles with their renovation, but not problematic.

Boutique Hotel, BOUTIFUL Location!!!
My daughter and I LOVED this hotel. The staff was unbelieveably friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very special. The room was exceptionally clean, extremely comfortable beds with down comforters and a small kitchen to heat up your leftovers. We would stay at Citadines in Trafalger Square next time for sure!

If you want to see a theatrical performance, either go to the half price ticket booths the day of or day before OR go directly to the theatre a half hour before the performance and get good seats too.

GREAT location!
the location couldn't be any better! when you get off the embankment metro(~100m away) to get to the hotel, there is a 24hr.A&P along with coffee/food & shops there. if you leave the hotel, cross the street & go right (towards traf. square), stay on the road as it bends left & there is a 24hr. Tesco there on your left(~200m?). The laundry was extremely convenient in the basement: 5 pounds wash & 4 for dryer.

The Sherlock Holmes Pub is closed for renovations (exit lobby & go right), but when you see it on your right, go towards it & past it down the narrow street & there is the Ship & Shovell pub--great, friendly place, all ages, maybe 3 min. walk from hotel, 3.50 for 1 pint.

The hotel is right around the corner from Trafalgar Square. Lots of interesting things to see there. Clean apartment, well set up kitchen. Staff in lobby very helpful. Great place to stay in London.

A fine place to stay!
Beds are a couch that pulls apart. Not uncomfortable, but once you pull them apart, they stay that way.
