Nice Staff, No Phone in the room
The rooms were clean but there was no phone in the room and a bunch of renovations. The location was great as well.

Hotel Stay
The hotel was under construction it was noisy; a bit dirty. there was no phone in the room; if u need to make a phone call u have to step out to go at the corner or at the nearest market. I would not recommend it to any other hotel customers. I was very disappointed....I should get a discount from the noise coming from the exit door next to my room...the first day I checked in, i don't think the room was vacummed...maybe once the construction is done...they can book the rooms....otherwise...not highly recommended for now...

Terrible place to stay!!!!!
The rooms were old, small (tiny) and smelly. The bath was barely functional. This is by far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in, anywhere.

For what we paid, it was great! The building is currently being refurbished bit by bit, which only added to the quirky side of it (you got to 'walk through walls' where a pane of glass would be, instead of the door. Our room was great - two-levelled. Beds were very good. Lovely bunch of people running it - really helpful and sweet.

One of the worst hotels I've ever
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff fine, and sheets clean, but otherwise the room was grotty and the breakfast a joke. Not worth the money. Next time we'll stay out of london and commute in.

How can this even be a 2 star HOtel
I ordered a double room with two single beds, I got two single rooms. They were dirty, the bed springs were poking through the mattress in one off the two rooms, bit beds were extremely uncomfortable. When we saw the rooms we almost went down starts and demanded our money back. [...]

The hotel requires grand facelift
The hotel requires grand facelift - repainting of walls and ceilings to at least make it look clean and decent and upgrade most of the facilities to an acceptable human standard. The bed frames and carpets should be changed or washed at least. The hotel's location is very strategic and it ca still remain as a budget hotel but cleanliness and functionality of facilities should be given considerations.

Worst Hotel - never again!
We thought we checked into a hotel. We were given a room with three beds head to head against a wall(hostel)- went to investigate outside bathroom - nonworking toilet with feces in the bowl and the shower had no shower head attached. Complained and given an en-suite room with sagging mattresses and ripped sheets. Toilet still did not work properly. Black mold and peeling paint on ceiling and walls. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, watered down juice and bad coffee. Telephones in lobby and room were non-operational. Had to go down two blocks to public phone. This "hotel" should not advertise as a hotel but as a hostel, but I would still not send my kids to it. This was the only disappointing experience in England. The staff could not answer any typical tourist questions as to directions to sights or when typical events may take place. They were totally uninformed or did not care. I rate this hotel ZERO STARS[...]
