Great Apartment!
We enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin House Apartments very much. The only negatives were that we noticed some of the staff is extremely unfriendly. The man who checked us in was the rudist stuck up jerk I ever witnessed at a hotel. Note: we are not racist, but we noticed that the only unfriendly staff there were all non-whites. I honestly can't remember one non-white person who was friendly, besides the one in the restaraunt. The ones working in the hotel were either mute, shy or had some communication issues. I am not being racist, really. This is a fact. I even went out of my way to try to be friendly towards a few, just to test it and try to spark a conversation, but they really honestly did not want to talk. This was just the non-whites. They seemed like they could care less about us, which was odd, considering we are the main source of thier income...lol. The white people on the other hand, were super-friendly and went out of their way to help you. I am not racist...really. We are a mixed race couple. Not sure if it was just a coincidence or what, but it was definitely noticeable. Also, just fyi: There's no air conditioning. The room is very stuffy, so you need to keep the windows open at all times, especially at night while sleeping. We were there in May, so not sure how the rest of the year is.

Short walk from hotel
The number 24 bus is a short walk from the hotel. It takes you right to Victoria Station or further to Trafalgar Square, two of the main hubs in London. From these spots you can travel further on to other spots all around the city. Great public transit system!

big very comfortable
The rooms were very large for Europe. ONly problem was that the room was too hot. When asked to fix it they tried but it didn't work well.

Très bonnes prestations
Une nuit dans une chambre spacieuse et propre. Cadre très agréable pour notre découverte de Londres. Accés libre au spa, piscine, salle de fitness.

Un hôtel typique dans un quartier résidentiel de Londres. Équipement et confort très correctes, rien à dire. Le personnel est sympa mais pas très expressif et un peu léger mais apparemment c'est la façon de faire dans cette ville. Je conseille cet hôtel pour un week-end romantique. Néanmoins il est un peu loin du centre touristique, et donc, il faut prendre le taxi pour ce rendre dans les lieux à visiter (et c'est cher !).

très bien
j'ai choisi cette résidence car je partais avec mon fils de 5 ans, donc le fait de pouvoir manger sur place et la piscine étaient un gros plus. les plus: quartier calme, métro à 2mn à pied, appart deluxe nickel, moquette épaisse, 2 écrans plats, grande piscine, matelas ferme et confortable, salon gigantesque de 50m2, petite cuisine fonctionelle, petites supérettes pratique en dépannage les moins: chambre 510 en face de l'ascenceur donc passage et bruit (restant raisonnable), appart surchauffé meme toutes fenetres ouvertes, pas d'eau chaude par moment, pas assez de couverts (2 de chaque), pas de verre à dent, pas assez de vaisselle, pas d'éponge ou brosse pour faire la vaisselle, oreillers et duvets en plumes-bien trop chaud- alors que nous avions fait une demande pour cause d'allergie (oreillers rapidement changés) nous y retournerons sans problème, avec des couverts pour enfants et une éponge!!!!

tout près du métro pimlico et sur le chemin de la tate britain, vous trouverez "relish" où on trouve des sandwiches super copieux qu'on peut composer à la carte.

Soggiorno gradevole, l'unica nota negativa è che la struttura sembra molto più nuova dalle foto di come è nella realtà (ad esempio, il rubinetto del bagno perdeva acqua).

propreté irréprochable, literie confortable et très spcacieuse, accueil aimable et compétent.Bilan très positif. Nous reviendrons. Seul bémol, la signalétique trop discrète pour trouver l'entrée de l'hotel.
