Good basic room. Comfortable bed. Hotel chosen for its great location and good breakfast although breakfast room is a bit small so you need to be early if you are pressed for time. Would stay here again but there is no air conditioning so it can be hot if the temperature gets up in the summer. Tea and coffee making facility in room.

Nice central hotel. No parking
Nice central hotel. No parking close by. Walls between rooms are not soundproof. Close to transport at Paddington Railway Station, Queensway & Bayswater Tube Stations also. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast

A pleasant hotel in a good location.
A pleasant hotel in a good location. The street noise late at night was quite noticeable and there is no air conditioning making the rooms quite stuffy. Also the rooms are a little too small for comfort. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was fine, conveniently
The hotel was fine, conveniently located to Queensway, Kensington Gardens and Oxford street. The breakfast (included) was more than I expected from a free continental brakfast. The only points are: the room was very small (to work with my laptop I had to sit on the bed) and the rate for WiFi internet access disproportional.

Im Zimmer lagen überall Brotkrümel
Im Zimmer lagen überall Brotkrümel und viele Haarbüschel, die offensichtlich vom Staubsauger zu kleinen Haarbüscheln zusammengeknäult, aber nicht eingesaugt worden waren. Benutzte Kaffeetassen standen bei unserer Ankunft auf dem Tisch. Nach einer Reklamation am Empfang besserte sich nichts. Das ist schade, denn ich war schon zum 3. Mal in diesem Hotel und zuvor war es immer sehr sauber. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr sauber und das Personal dort sehr zuvorkommend.
