Great hospitality

No doubt that was a great experience to stay in such nice and worm atmosphere which we found at DUKES London recently. We were really impressed with level of hospitality and services - together with great location it all made this visit absolutely unforgettable.

Not what I expected

I was disappointed by the size of what they call a "Junior Suite". In my vocabulary, that would have very likely be deemed as a small standard room. I wish one day all hotel chains may catch-up with American standards in quality and space; especially in view of what they charge in the price.
