Kackhotel!
Wir hausten im Keller, kaum Platz sich zu bewegen und die Heizung war kaputt. Dementsprechend war es eiskalt. Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bekamen wir erst in der letzten Nacht eine Zusatzheizung. Bis dahin mussten wir wohl oder übel mit den Herdplatten heizen. Zudem hatten wir an einem Abend über längere Zeit keinen Strom. Auch die Ausstattung der "Küche" war lächerlich. Zum Kochen fehlten jegliche Utensilien und als wir danach fragten, bekamen wir eine Pfanne hingestellt, mehr nicht. Abwaschen war auch nicht möglich. Es roch sehr unangenehm nach Keller und es war Schimmel vorhanden, v.a. im Bad. Es war sehr ringhörig und man konnte jedes Wort der Zimmernachbarn hören. Durch die kleinen Fenster sah man kaum Tageslicht, jedoch die Müllsäcke vom Hotel.

Tranquilité d un hotel
Bonjour, la première qualité d un hotel c est de pouvoir dormir dans la tranquilité Des cloisons trop fines, des portes par mal réglées, des travaux tôt le matin dans l' hotel, des odeurs dans les salle de bains, du chauffage coupé 2 nuits sur 5, Aucune volonté du personnel de tenir comptes des remarques, A ne plus y retourner, surtout à ce prix.

Correct pour un court séjour
Points positifs : 1. bien situé (5mn à pied de la station de métro "Lancaster Gate" et de Hyde Park) 2. très bien desservi par de nombreux bus et le métro (Central Line) 3. autonomie 4. fonctionnel (contient le nécessaire pour préparer un repas vite fait, le petit-déjeuner...) 5. propreté irréprochable 6. calme Points négatifs : 1. l'appartement est minuscule (la photo est un peu trompeuse) 2. les appartements au 5e étage, sans ascenseur, avec les escaliers à l'ancienne, c'est le coup de grâce après une journée de marche dans Londres. 3. l'équipement TV fonctionne très mal 4. le linge de lit est un peu petit pour dormir à deux dedans 5. Il manque une table et des chaises d'appoint pour prendre les repas. Conclusion : correct pour un court séjour (2 nuits maxi) mais pas plus.

Hilfsbereit und freundlich
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist in der Nähe vom Paddington-Station und man ist somit sehr zentral. Wir hatten ein Appartement im Untergeschoss. Es ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber, aber sehr klein. Das Fenster war in der Decke oben und einen Spalt offen. (Man konnte es nicht schliessen) Durch die warme Heizung mussten wir aber nicht frieren.
