A quick couple's getaway
The hotel had a perfect location to the tube and restaurants.We ask to change to a higher floor and they were very helpful. When the room was not ready when they said it would be,the staff gave us a free drink apiece and gave us free internet to replace the time we had paid for but could not us because we did not have access to the room

Wonderful Holiday week!
Charming hotel. Staff wonderful. Only objection was the size of the room - very small.. Otherwise it was ideal. Last day there the only elevator in the building was being replaced and it was going to take 5 weeks to install it. It can be a problem for people who cannot walk stairs.

A Little Gem of a Boutique Hotel
I really don't want to write a review of this hotel because I don't want to let the secret out! Fantastic hotel, lovely dedicated staff, clean and well decorated rooms. They have new town apartments which are superb, quiet and well appointed. Good location. Tube is so close to get you anywhere quickly, yet you feel like you are lost in the back streets of Mayfair. Great hotel.

It could have been perfect
This is a great hotel in a perfect location of London at surprisingly reasonable prices for London. I would have given raving reviews, but I had an incident that left bad aftertaste. As I was rushing out in frenzy, I left behind few items in one drawer. My girlfriend who lives in London called them up and went to retrieve the forgotten items the following day. When I got home, I discovered that the items that were new, in the original package, were missing. It was few sets of expensive underwear. It’s the concept that is ugly. It’s sad how one employee can give the hotel a bad name. On the positive note, there were some exceptional employees, like Daniel at the front desk who checked me in. He took his times, even showed some rooms, introduced upgrade options. All and all, I would recommend it, but would suggest not to leave anything behind ;).

Terrific location and good value
I have stayed at Flemings twice in the past year and would come again without hesitation. Flemings Mayfair is in a terrific location with easy access to central London sites and just two blocks from Green Park tube that is direct from Heathrow. The rooms are very clean and richly decorated but quite small with little room to do more than get around the bed. Even so, I'd highly recommend Flemings for terrific location, very helpful staff, and good value.

Fantastic vacation
My wife and I had a wonderful time in London and staying at the Flemings was great. The location -- by parks, tube, Shephard's market, etc., was perfect. Staff and accommodations were excellent.
