Flemings Mayfair Hotel London

Great location on a street just off Piccadilly and very helpful door staff. The hotel is old but has been substantially renovated to modern standards, and with obvious care and style. Some rooms are challenged with windows and views, as the inner ones face lightwells. Street rooms are nicer but some street noise does enter. Fortunately, it is not a noisy street. Dining room, fare and service are all very good. I did have problems with wireless service, which is a negative for business travelers! However, the night reception staff was very helpful transmitting a file directly for me.

The rooms and service was impeccable, with very well decorated rooms and common areas. Its location in the heart of May Fair was perfect for visiting all of London's main sights, just steps away from Buckingham Palace and the Green Park Tube station. The hotel is also just a block away from Pret A Manger and M&S Food, making it very convenient for finding food on-the-go. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Excellent services, however, I expected breakfast to be included and was not told by [...]or the hotel upon check-in. I found out when checking out that breakfast was additional. Other travel agents seem to get breakfast included in the price.

Fleming's Mayfair Hotel London was wonderful, the room was cozy and clean and quiet. The staff was warm and welcoming and the location was most convinient. I would not change a thing.

Lots of service staff to take your roller bag to your room. But the room was very small, the bed uncomfortable and the pillows were like small flat rocks. We ran the a/c to keep from roasting in the room.

I had read several glowing reviews of this hotel prior to booking my own reservation, and I was not disappointed! As a single traveler, I felt very safe and had everything I needed at this location, including a comfortable bed, an en suite bathroom with ample hot water, and even a hair dryer. The accessibility to one of the main Tube stations (only a 2 minute walk) was one of the best features of this hotel, making it easy for me to get to any London site I wanted within a few minutes time, as well as making it easy to stop by the hotel room for a change of clothes prior to going out again or simply to drop off any purchases. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and I enjoyed having a nice quiet room without any city street noises or loud hotel guests. The ONLY thing I can think of to improve upon is to offer the Wi-Fi access for free to all hotel guests. I will definitely be staying here again for future trips to London!

The room was very small. But it was comfortable, clean, friendly, central.

I've stayed at Flemings Mayfair Hotel many times. Because it is so comfortable and so well located, I expect I'll continue to return many times in the future. The staff is very helpful but never intrude. I was upgraded in my room, which was even more wonderful then during previous visits.

Fleming's is centrally located in the heart of London so we were able to walk everywhere. If you wanted to take the tube, there is a station very close by. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Harrods, Picadilly Circus, just about anywhere you want to go, you can walk from Fleming's. The hotel itself was beautiful. Nice accommodations and comfy beds. Very polite and accommodating staff.

I've stayed at Fleming's previously, and the rooms and hotel have been upgraded to a very good level. The rooms are typically small London rooms, but with good TV, HVAC system, refrigerator, mini bar prices are normal, and daily newspaper. Generally very good with very good staff, especially the concierge staff who were swift and ready to help. The Internet Access at 15 pounds ($ 24) per 24 hours is excessive, as is the hotel breakfast, like most London hotels. But there's a Caffe Nero nearby.
