Flemings Mayfair Hotel London

Fantastic location. Great place to get to everywhere in London. Great service. will definately go back. teh next time with my family.

I really don't want to write a review of this hotel because I don't want to let the secret out! Fantastic hotel, lovely dedicated staff, clean and well decorated rooms. They have new town apartments which are superb, quiet and well appointed. Good location. Tube is so close to get you anywhere quickly, yet you feel like you are lost in the back streets of Mayfair. Great hotel.

It is a really nice hotel in a great location. Staff is friendly. Rooms a little bit on the small side but for London ok.

While the location of Flemings is excellent, almost everything else was not. I could not get the Internet to work in my room. The room was tiny, the bathroom tiny. It was a noisy location, so getting a good night's sleep was a challenge. Paying hundreds to stay here is not a good idea! Will not return.

As this was a low budget excursion, I can not complain overly much. I do wish my room had not been next to the lift as the constant roll of the cars and weights was rather disquieting. The room being on the ground floor made me wish the maids would leave the blinds closed. It is rather annoying to walk out of the shower and discover you had forgotten to close the blinds ... AGAIN....

I've stayed at this hotel many times and each time feel glad I did. Its location is exceptional. Rates and service on a relative basis are very good. Its just around the corner from Shepard's market for a quick meal and a short walk to the Greenpark subway. In my view, its perfect both for a business stay or if you are a tourist.

This hotel has a lot to commend it: outstanding location; friendly, available and attentive staff; real character; and a well-maintained facility. It also boasts great beds, good showers, and perfect in-room climate control. It's not exactly a luxury property -- even the "Executive Studio" room struck me as unremarkable in size and amenities. But it's a good, solid choice, staffed by people who are eager to please. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location on a street just off Piccadilly and very helpful door staff. The hotel is old but has been substantially renovated to modern standards, and with obvious care and style. Some rooms are challenged with windows and views, as the inner ones face lightwells. Street rooms are nicer but some street noise does enter. Fortunately, it is not a noisy street. Dining room, fare and service are all very good. I did have problems with wireless service, which is a negative for business travelers! However, the night reception staff was very helpful transmitting a file directly for me.

Excellent services, however, I expected breakfast to be included and was not told by [...]or the hotel upon check-in. I found out when checking out that breakfast was additional. Other travel agents seem to get breakfast included in the price.
