Cute and Comfortable
I had a wonderful experience staying at the Grange Blooms. It's around the corner from the British Museum and close to Covent Garden. There's easy access to the Underground and it's located in the nice clean and comfortable neighborhood of Bloomsbury. The internet access is a bit of a rip-off so look for an internet cafe if you want to check email. Otherwise, it's the perfect place to stay.

Nice hotel in a great location
Nice hotel in a great location - within walking distance to several theatres and very near the British Museum. We found staff to be not all that helpful. Breakfast not worth the cost - better to go for a walk and find a local cafe.

Lovely, comfortable, convenient
This place was lovely, bright, and very convenient: right on the Piccadilly line Tube from Heathrow, around the corner from the British Museum, and walking distance from all the theatre and dining we wanted (from Soho to Piccadilly Circus). The international staff were always very cordial and helpful. We didn't try the dining facilities, but we made good use of the complimentary in-room coffee service, as well as the pour-your-own, bill-your-room "courtesy bar" in the main lobby -- a nice touch. I hate to say there were things I "didn't like". But as far as noise, though the corridors were always silent, I do admit being woken up by morning phonecalls taking place in the rooms above AND next door. And as far as cleanliness, everything always looked clean, but the toilet in particular was clearly not; I would have cleaned it better myself given the tools. (We checked in Tuesday morning and stayed a week; on the Saturday evening I came back and said, "Wow, they actually cleaned this time!", but even then it wasn't quite quite.) However, these were small details and on the whole it was a quite satisfactory stay with excellent value.

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
You must go to Neal's Yard Dairy in Seven Dials, for cheese the likes of which you can't get in the States! They will give free samples and talk to you for minutes on end about the process. Go to be educated (including your palate).

Great location
The hotel was great and the staff all bar 1 were absolutely brilliant. I would not recomend eating in the resteraunt as the quality of the food and the only employee that was below par are the only things to be found there. But don't get me wrong this was a fantastic hotel overall within easy walk to tube (take the lift @ russell square!!) a great little garden area to sit in the quiet rooms was clean and everything more than acceptable..

A learning experience for us.
The hotel staff was helpful and the location was great for access to the Tube (subway) and many places to eat. The down side was the continental breakfast was not included in the Orbitz price so we couldn't partake unless we paid 17 pounds each for the experience. No problem in that plenty of restaurants close by offered breakfast for less than half the price. Internet was available, but cost to use it, EVEN on their provided access in the lobby. Cheaper to use one of several internet cafes only a short walk away. NO AIRCONDITIONING meant the window had to be left open. The rooms (at least ours) backed up to an alley where trash was picked up late at night and early in the morning. Noisy water pipes and doors of adjoining rooms along with the trash pickup made sleeping a challenge. We will look elsewhere next trip, but if these things don't bother you, the experience will be a good one.
