Dodging the Work men became a Hazzard

This Hotel is being renovated and Guests are expected to put up with it .We were never informed before we went as to the refurbishment .The Bar was poorly stocked and the night time staff at 23-15 did not know what they had .No Bitter cans or otherwise no Guinness a poor selection of Whiskys . I wish you all the best with your refurbishment ,but your staff definately need training

Location was perfect for our needs

Location was perfect for our needs and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel looks very shabby from the outside and the window frames are rotting. The room we had was so small as to make it an unpleasant stay especially as it was so hot at the beginning of July. There was no air conditioning. Certainly not value for money, overpriced and I would not consider it a 4 star hotel. Would not stay there again under any circumstances. Charging this sort of price for a central London hotel does not give the visitor value for money. Continental breakfast was £17.62 a rip-off so went out for breakfast. We did not eat at the hotel becuase of our overall impression. Our visit was for two nights, had it been for any longer we would have moved elsewhere. Very disappointing

Grange Langham Court

I rarely rate the hotels, but I felt I need to make note of the exceptional staff at this hotel. They were really tuned in to the customer's needs and willing to go that extra mile to help. This truly was exceptional service from the front desk to the cleaning staff and everyone in between.

gutes durschnitts-Hotel
