Misleading description

Your description: 'This modern bed and breakfast hotel is located in central London, just 100 metres from Hyde Park and 0.5 miles from Buckingham Palace. The hotel staff at the 24-hour front desk can offer advice and...' 1. They don't serve breakfast. 2. Front desk closes at 1030. On arrival at 1100pm had to ring the bell and wait to be let in. 3. Hardly 'modern'; there is no elevator so had to manhandle our luggage up 2 flights of narrow steep stairs.
