Wonderful London Stopover
I booked this hotel for my overnight layover on a trip from India to the U.S. The hotel is easily accessible from Heathrow using the Piccadilly line to Green Park station (a 45 minute ride then 5 minute walk- far more cost effective than Heathrow Express!) and was a short walk from Buckingham Palace. Breakfast was included as a Hhonors Gold member and was delicious.

AVERAGE
For a Hilton hotel stay was a little dissapointed. I would rate this hotel as a three. Pillows were flat had to ask for more, walls very thin, shower water could have been hotter. Would have been nice if they had compimentry water and coffee or tea in the lobby. This hotel was a perfect location, close to green park station and to the palace. Location made up the difference in the few dissapointing things. Hotel was clean but just didnt have that Hilton charm.

Expected more
Only after checking in and going to our room did we discover that the air conditioning was not working in 80-90% of the hotel rooms. It was probably 85 degrees in the room. I called the front desk and initially was not told the air was out but that someone would check on it. After some time and no one coming or calling I went to the front desk. I was then told that the monitor indicated that the air should be working. Only when the front desk manager came back, who happened to also be the person who checked me in, did he indicate that the air was out. I questioned not being told this when I checked in and inquired about options. I was told I could try another room but there was no guarantee that the air worked. By now there were a number of other guests complaining as well including a man they had already moved and the second room was just as bad. I was then told that my partner and I could move to 2 single rooms. I expressed how unacceptable it was to not have been told and then to not have a solution that works. I/we were told that maintenance would not be back until the next day and the problem had been going on for 2 days. Lovely. I was then offered a refund for the night and I said yes, only to discover the next day that the night couldn't be refunded because I booked through a third party. So, the only solution was to become a hilton honors member or have a free night at the green park hilton. I will not stay at the green park hilton again. This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star. aside from the air issue, the shower was moldy around all of the caulk. The carpet in the hallway looked old and dingy. The carpet in the room is worn. The best though is that the dirty dishes that were in the hall by our room the night we checked in were still there when we checked out 3 nights later in addition to other dirty dishes. I expect more of a hilton and a 4 star at that. Way over priced for what you get.

Great Location
The Hilton Green Park is a couple of blocks away from the underground's Piccadilly Line, which runs through the heart of London. The hotel is also within walking distance from Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, and the fancy stores of Old Bond Street. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent value for the money.
Rooms a bit small, but I'd stay here again. Close to tube stations, restaurants (down the street from Hard Rock). You can't beat the price for this convenience.

Great Stay
Hilton Hotel Green Park was at a perfect location: 1) walking distance to the tube (about one block), which gave us direct access from LCY (Jubilee line) and to LHR (piccadilly Line), and was walking distance to most major sites, such as the Bukingham Palace, Big Ben, London Eye, Theatre district and Piccadilly Station. We walked all over the city and was easy to get back to the hotel. The room was nice and spacious (we had an unit), but had no view. Staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this location!

Friendly staff and an excellent
Friendly staff and an excellent location. Room was small but adequate, clean and the bed was very comfortable. location excellent for West End and Mayfair. We had a couple of issues which were dealt with promptly. Try and get a room on the top floor as the creaking floors above you on the lower floors can be bothersome.
