Great location and quality

Very good hotel - well looked after and excellent quality of rooms. Wanted to stay another night though and the hotel were pretty inflexible in giving us the same price for a second night.

Would stay here again

Hotel was in a good location for river boats, Tower of London, Butler's Wharf and Tower Bridge. The hotel did not have a lot of character but rooms were large, well decorated and very clean.

It 's worth paying extra for a room on the executive floor as then entitled to continental breakfast, snacks, appetisers and drinks in the lounge.

New hotel in convenient location

check-in staff at late night was a bit "snippy". i expected here more.... however, the room was nice and very clean. good sleeping comfort as the room was also really quiet. unfortunately, the view of all rooms up to the 9th floor is blocked by office buildings. in general, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Hotel, Terrible Location

The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are comfy, the bathroom is lovely. The neighborhood is scary. On a Sunday morning - 7am - we were surrounded by loud drunken men waiting for the tube to open at the London Bridge station. I was with my 80 year old father, and we were both unnerved. Even though the hotel was lovely, I can not recommend it because of its location. Also, there aren't any restaurants close and the hotel's food is very expensive.

Great location, great price

the location was just off the tower bridge underground stop and stop and go bus route, which made traveling in London very easy. The hotel was modern and the customer service was exceptional. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again when in London.

Take the underground to the hotel from Heathrow, the overground or taxi is much more expensive and doesn't save a lot of time.

Good location , less than 5 minutes

Good location , less than 5 minutes walk to London Bridge station one way and Tower Bridge the other way. This Hilton is modern, contemporary with very good staff in reception, the restaurant and at the concierge desk. Very comfortable room with well equipped bathroom, and there was always a lift available when we wanted one. Very good breakfast with helpful staff and also a lively bar on the ground floor. All round, as we stay in London quite a bit through the year, this was definately the best hotel experience at a competitive price we have had for a long time in London.
