Enjoy friendly service and a convenient location at the Holiday Inn Express London-Golders Green (A406) hotel. Excellent transport links make getting to the newly renovated contemporary Holiday Inn Express London-Golders Green (A406) a breeze. We are prominently located at Henlys Corner at the intersection of A598 Finchley Road and A406 North Circular with direct access to the M1, M4 and M25 motorways. We are only 5 minutes drive to Golders Green and Finchley Central tube stations for trains to central London. London Heathrow Airport is 15 miles from the hotel and London City Airport is 19 miles away. Enjoy sightseeing and all the culture that London has to offer by hopping on an 82 Routemaster bus which stops directly outside the hotel.

Incompetent Front Desk Staff
The front desk staff at this hotel is totally incompetent. It wasn't like one particular staff member was incompetent, rather the trait was present in staff member after staff member. Here are some highlights: They told the couple checking in
before me that they had no King beds left, but then gave me a room with a King even though I had requested two twins (keep in mind, i checked in AFTER them). The couple checking in next to me encountered trouble because the front desk clerk told them that they had already checked in under a different name - then, he realized that he had just forgotten to check out the people that had occupied their room the previous night (I couldn't make this up if I tried). They don't understand how their internet works -- they tried to charge me for three 24 hour periods, even thought I had only been in the hotel for 36 hours total. Then, they had to the audacity to laugh at me when I tried to explain how that makes no sense mathematically -- they just pointed to the computer and said that the system must be right. Honestly, the front desk staff's incompetence and rudeness ruined my stay at the hotel, and I don't plan to ever go back.
