Holiday Inn Express LONDON - PARK ROYAL

Hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day and our towels changed. No iron in the room but you could ask for one if you wanted. The hotel is right next to the railroad station making transportation anywhere very easy. The free breakfast is a plus. Asked for late checkout and it was possible.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for 8 days, and we were very pleased with all it had to offer. The room was very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful, when we had a problem with a drain, they fixed it right away. The free breakfast was very tasty and came in handy. There is a Tesco store across the street, bank next door, and underground station right behind hotel. The commute to the center of London was only 10-15min., which was great. Very quiet area and safe.

Very safe and convenient from the North Acton Metro stop. The rooms were clean and fresh. They provided the hoped for filling continental breakfast to get our day started without searching for a restaurant. There also was a convenience store, sandwich shop and local pub nearby as a late night option.

nice clean hotel, buffet style breakfast good and included in the price. location of hotel was great, 200 yards from n.acton tube and opposite a Tesco express. Would use again.

Great location on Central Line of tube, with station about 2 minutes walk. Room a bit small by American standards but clean and comfortable. Very nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast buffet had good combination of hot and cold foods, with English staples and American fare. Only problem was slow Internet connection on hotel computer and having to pay cash for access (1 pound per 20 minutes). Also, no iron, but on vacation I don't care so much.

Handy location a minute's walk from North Acton station, friendly staff, the usual Holiday Inn Express experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable!

This hotel filled our requirements exactly. We wanted a hotel that was easy to get to from the airport so we didn't have to drag our bags all over London. We basically just wanted a place to sleep and weren't too worried about all the extras, because we were going sightseeing every day. So we weren't looking for much. The hotel was modern, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. It was a great hotel for us. The breakfast is included which saves a lot of money, but it's the same stuff every morning (fake eggs and tasteless sausages, cereal) and we found ourselves eating out a few times for something different. Luckily, there are a couple of places nearby. I would have liked the rooms to be a little larger and have free wi-fi, but I really have no complaints. It couldn't be more convenient to the tube station (North Acton) which is directly behind the hotel. It's located in the outskirts on the west side which provides a respite from the crowds and noise of central London. That is very nice at the end of the day. I am very pleased and would stay there again.

This hotel is closely located to the London Underground (Subway) and makes it easy to get anywhere you need to be. It is clean and service is great. I did not like having to pay extra for internet service-especially when you log on the purchased time starts running. It is not a buy an hour of usage... it is once you log on you get an hour and it is gone. Other than that, it is a good reasonably priced hotel.

Great, well-maintained hotel; affordable and clean room; friendly, helpful staff; ample breakfast. The only thing that we disliked was the 15-25 minute commute into central London each day (it got tiresome), but the hotel is located on the North Acton tube stop, so it's super close.
