Excellent!
The hotel was located a block from the Gloucester Rd Tube stop, with the central, district and Piccadilly lines all right there.... so very very convenient. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The fitness room was nice, just no heat! Other than that, I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Very clean, great location
Great location, right next to the subway station. I had a very clean and a room larger than I was expecting to get in Europe. I was quite pleased. The staff was friendly, as well.

The best Hotel in every way with a nice pub and great amenities
As usual in London, I was expecting a tiny standard room. To my dismay, the room was clean and spacious with a double bed. The bathroom was clean and immaculate. The location was very good, easy access by tube to anywhere. On top of that, there is a big super market right at the tube station. This hotel and its staff are the best I have seen in London. I will always stay there when I am in London. God Bless.

Easy Location
The hotel is a really short walk to the Tube station and is in a nice neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants and shops. Hotel is clean and comfortable with a professional staff.

There were a few restaurants around the hotel. A Thai restaurant about a block from the hotel going at Gloucester Road. Supermarkets as well and a short walk to the underground.

hyvä valinta
sopivan tyylikäs, siisti ja tosi hyvä sijainti ! aamiainen tyypillisen yksitoikkoinen, ei yllättänyt mitenkään. gluteenittomalla ja laktoosittomalla ruokavaliolla oli aika suppea valikoima ! olisi hyvä olla kaksi hinta vaihtoehtoa, jos ei voi syödä kuin kananmunan , mehun ja kahvin on hinta reilu 12 puntaa aika paha !

London ist toll!
gut gelegen
Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Das Zimmer war klein aber abgesehen vom Teppichboden praktisch eingerichtet. Leider kostete das Internet. So mussten wir fürs online einchecken unseres Fluges 5 Pfund bezahlen. Das finde ich einen schlechten Service.

Zimmer war schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig.
Der Empfang war trotz sehr späten Check-Ins sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Leider fehlte die Minibar, aber dafür hatten unsere Koffer einen Abstellplatz im Hohlraum der für die Minibar vorgesehen war. Die Möbel wirkten auch schon teilweise sehr mitgenommen und der Teppich war auch nicht mehr der Neueste. Es gibt auch keinen Safe am Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde aber jeden Tag ordentlich gereinigt. Wenn man vor hat länger als 8:00 Uhr im Zimmer zu verweilen, sollte man das "Bitte nicht stören" Schildchen raushängen, denn das Putzpersonal beginnt schon sehr zeitig mit dem Aufräumen der Zimmer. Einziges großes Manko sind die Federkernmatratzen, denn egal wie man liegt, man hat immer eine Feder irgendwo stecken. Für die Frauen: Kosmetiktaschentücher, Kosmetikhandtücher, Kosmetikspiegel, sowie ein wirklich brauchbarer Föhn sind im Zimmer vorhanden.

Wir hatten unseren Hotelaufenthalt ohne Frühstück gebucht und haben jeden Tag für wenig Geld im 2 Minuten entfernten Starbucks gefrühstückt. Auch wenn der in der Früh sehr voll ist, man setzt sich einfach irgendwo dazu, oder nimmt sein Frühstück einfach mit in die Tube.

emplacement très satisfaisant car à proximité de la station de metro Gloucester road et donc acces rapide au centre ville. trop d'options payantes à l'exemple de l'acces aux chaines TV francaises ou du wi-fi. Personnel disponible et de qualité La chambre aurait mérité un rafraichissement.
