The four-storey hotel is housed in a traditional building in the Paddington area of central London, 500 meters from Hyde Park. The hotel's front desk is staffed round. Just terrible

I hate to write a negative review but this place sucked, the location and staff were helpful but the rooms were not as advertised. I had no hot water or heat, the bathroom was tiny the room smelled bad, the coffee pot didn't work just a bad experience the price was the only thing nice, you get what you pay for I suppose

One of the better London budget

One of the better London budget hotels, location great, but let down by the poor breakfast. Bedroom was large (one double and two single beds). Bathroom had seen better days, but was clean.

the hotel room was very basis,

the hotel room was very basis, and the room was tiny!!!! you couldnt swing a cat in there. but if needing to be close to paddington train station and oxford st then this is a cheap basis hotel for you.

Meh, it's ok.

The room was sufficient but not great. The bathroom was so small that I couldn't really close the door to sit down on the toilet. The spot is very close to Paddington Station which is nice, but I wouldn't recommend staying there longer than one night. The hotel staff also insist that you have to return the key every time you leave the hotel... which frankly just felt weird.

Just OK

This was my first time in London, so I wasn't sure what to expect. For the money, and based on the prices of other things in London, this might be as good as it gets. On the plus side, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a tea kettle, tea bags, and instant coffee in the room, which was nice. On the negative, the beds were uncomfortable; the room was small and not very well lit. I would have liked more pillows and more towels, although perhaps they would have given me more if I'd asked. Also, please beware, there is no elevator in this property.

Excellent value, but no lift

This hotel is an excellent value with friendly staff and clean rooms. The only problem is lack of a lift which can be a problem if you are assigned a room at a higher floor.

ESCROQUERIE

Arrivé à l’hôtel, on nous a donné la chambre des employés pour trois personnes, il y avait 15 m carré au maximum, avec une douche qui fuyait et des détritus sur le sol ainsi que derrière et sous le lit, aucune armoire pour le rangement et des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnaient pas . Il a fallut batailler sévèrement pour que l'on obtienne une chambre passable au dernier étage ou l'escalier n’attend que de s'effondrer.

Très mauvais

Une minuscule chambre pour 3 personnes avec une douche au milieu de la chambre, des minuscules toilettes avec des cafards qui ce promène. tout simplement une horreur.

Le gros avantage de cet hôtel

Le gros avantage de cet hôtel est sa localisation, puisqu'il est au centre de Londres, et à proximité immédiate du métro et de plusieurs lignes de bus. Le confort est très sommaire: les chambres sont petites, les salles de bain minuscules. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et l'escalier est très étroit, pas très pratique donc pour les bagages! Cet hôtel est donc un bon compromis pour les personnes (plutôt jeunes) qui ont un budget limité et souhaitent passer une ou deux nuits dans le centre de Londres.
