Great stay in London
The hotel staff above all was very helpful and friendly, best staff i've seen so far. Rooms are very cozy, and pleasant, albeit a little small, especially if you have more luggage, however if you organize well, can definitely work. Rooms are modern and stylish, and have a good feel to them. Location is also excellent, with barely a 5 minute walk to the center of town, and the tube. Located within the shopping district, so you need something is within 3-4 minute walk from your door. Would definitely stay here again, hotel left good memories of London

Not too bad for the price
Location: very close to the undeground and bus stop, supermarkets, small restaurants. 2km from Hyde Park. Stuff: very friendly. Room: small, as is expected in Europe. The bathroom was excellent. Not provided: microwave and fridge. One day (out of 8) the room was not cleaned up, but I don't hold it as a big fault, compare to the noise problem. Noise: the first room we stayed on the first night, was located on the side of underground trains, and after 5:30 am one can hear the trains, very loudly. We asked to change the room because of that, and our request was granted. The second room was looking at the street, so there were no noise from trains, but instead there was noise coming from flushing drains of the room above, and some knocking type of noise from water or drain pipes. Wi-Fi was not stable, sometimes there was no connection. Internet: there is one PC in the lobby, with very slow internet link, up to the point of being useless. I don't recommend it because of noise problems, no fridge, and bad wi-fi.

Perfect for the Business Traveller, Excellent Location
Excllent value for money. Great location, just a stone's throw away from Earls Court tube. Super friendly and helpful staff. Wifi can only be accessed, but it is free (just ask the front desk for the code), and in any event there is a computer for guest use, free of charge in the lobby. Even though everything was tiny in the rooms, it had all the amenities, hair drier, ironing board etc. I was happy that I could control the room / air .temperature. Perfect for the busy tourist or business traveller who just wants to use this as a place to sleep and freshen up. Only small issue is that the front steps have no ramp. So if you are carrying a heavy suitcase, you might need some help getting up the steps. Close to several good restaurants, some of which are open till midnight, the post office, RUSH hair salon, a souvenir store, and the cash points / ATMs. I would definitely stay the again.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Enjoy a quick muesli bowl at Pret a Manger for breakfast before jumping on the tube; when moving back late at night, there are a couple of Indian restaurants on either side of the street going back to the lodgings. The larger Indian restaurant makes a yummy chicken karahi and mango lassi. Make sure to ask for a straw as they put the lassi in a box rather than in a paper cup.

London Olympics Trip
This hotel was exactly what I was expecting and exactly what I had read about in the reviews. One thing that was a major dissappointmnet ,however, was when I showed up at the hotel and they informed me that due to construction, they were full and moving me to a sister hotel 25 MINUTES AWAY. He pointed at the tube map and it a VERY inconvenient location and not at all what I had planned. I basically pitched a fit and they let me stay..... After that, it was exactly as you would expect. The room was extremely tiny, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom suitable, and it got the job done. Two poeple would have a hard time fitting in the room as i literally hit the bed with the door when I opened it, but ionly needed a place to sleep. Its in a very safe area which is important to me, and only 3-5 minute walk from the Earls Court underground stop. It was very close to a lot of the major attractions such as Buckingham Palace and London Eye, and many cute shops/restaurants in the area. Highly recommend if you are on a budget and looking only for the bare miniumum.

Excellent place to stay in central London
The staff and management are superb--very professional, courteous, kind, and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean, well renovated, and comfortable enough, though there is a huge difference between the size of the single vs double room. Also note that wifi is not available in all rooms (but is in the reception area). Location is ideal, right down the street from the tube station. Overall, very satisfied with my stay here! Would recommend it highly.

Convenient, Reasonably Comfortable...but Lacking!
I enjoyed the location..perfect for access to the 'Tube'..the neighbourhood was a happening scene...restaurants, pubs, and busy. The only thing that was bothersome was the sounds of Trains, Tube..that eventually became the 'white' noise. The room was adequate for me because I was on the go most of the time..small, but adequate.

This is a perfect spot to stay if you are considering Wimbeldon...six stops away. And...relatively close to other major attractions..

not great
Aside from the small room which we were expecting, there was an overall lack of customer service and guest hospitality that my husband and I believe is necessary when staying at a hotel. Amenities advertised were not available and we ran into many issues with our room that left us feeling very unhappy with our stay. The location of the hotel is incredible however. Centrally located throughout the city, a very short walk down the block from a tube station, many restaurants and stores in the immediate neighborhood but my husband and I will not stay at the Kensington Town House when we return to London.

take the tube everywhere. it is completely accessible and traveler friendly with maps and metro staff to help everywhere. do not waste your money on cabs. Also, evidently there is very little tipping in London so dont waste your Pounds. Tip gently.

convenient locale with well-meaning staff
rooms are small; design is haphazard; if you are going to London to spend time in your hotel room, this is deinitely not the place; if you need a spot to sleep, shower, and park your bags this spot is perfect; walk to Starbucks for decent coffee; the underground station is right there; pubs; restaurants of every type a short walk away; I would not hesitate to go back there and/or recommend to others
