Not a fantasic get away+.
I had a disappointing experience. I got into London and discovered that the single room which was booked for me at an average of $65.00 a night was actually a box room that is 2ft by 2ft with one tiny bed and a dirty floor. I was informed by the receptionist that I had to go one floor up to use a common bathroom and one floor down to use the public toilet. When I insisted on getting my refund because they had come short of standard they refused to give me my refund.My only option was to ask for a room with toilet and bathroom. They management made me to pay an additional 199 british pounds and moved me into a room that is 8ft by 4ft which they call double room!. The heating system was not working while I was there and it was difficult to get a hot water bath. My experience in Leisure in spoiled my stay in London. I requested to see the Manager of the hotel but none of the receptionist could offer information on his whereabout. It dawned on me that I had walked into a trap and I was affraid for my dear life. Leisure inn does not met hotel standard. I felt I was dececived . I can not put a price on the pschological traumer I went through. I will have to deal with it myself. Rita Kwentoh

Bathroom very small. Room had tea and coffee facilities and a fridge which was welcome. Check in a little slow but staff were friendly. Great location, nearest tube Queensway less than 5 mins walk away, so handy to get to most places and Oxford Street.

Great bugdet hotel in excellent location. Fresh towels and a kettle and hairdryer, what more could you ask for for the price! There was even a lift which is handy if you are on the top floor. Breakfast is sufficient but nothing fancy. The rooms are small with not much storage but sufficient for a night or two. Would stay again.

really nice hotel for the pric
really nice hotel for the price....great location! really clean and bedrooms cleaned everyday, staff were ok, a little unhelpful at times! Would definetely recommend to friends and would stay here again myself in the future.

Very ordinary hotel with a wide
Very ordinary hotel with a wide range of troubles for guests: you should wait about 10-15 min for hot water reaches your room on the 3rd floor; breakfast is really poor and it is not enough for all visitors; fridge, reading lights and safe were not working during my stay there; staff are apathetic and ignores guests where possible; wireless internet is overcrowded and underground is actually quite far from hotel. I will no recommend this hotel to anyone, as it is possible and will find the better place to stay in London for the same or even less money with better service and respect to visitors.

We were very pleased with this
We were very pleased with this hotel, there was even a mini bar fridge and tea making in the room. The bed was v comfortable but room a bit small. Great location. We would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Breakfast facilities are challenging
Breakfast facilities are challenging at times. Also, when I needed an iron, the staff had no idea where the ironing board was, so I couldn't use the iron. It also costs one pound to rent an iron, something that is provided for free in most hotels. Noise was also an issue.
