Good hotel, perfect location
Stayed for business in January 2013, walking distance to the offices and shops at Canary Wharf. Excellent restaurant, Manhattan Grill at the ground level. The bed in my room was a bit lumpy and I found the full buffet breakfast to be overpriced and underwhelming. Overall great experience, I would stay here again. Got a great deal on the room.

Perfect location, quality of service may improve
Located in one of the best areas of London these days, with easy access through public transportation and just by the side of London City airport. Good and attentive staff help make the experience a pleasant one, but some services need improvement: Internet access (wired or wireless) still has to be paid for (odd for such a highly regarded hotel), and cleanliness of the bathroom stayed consistently below average during the whole stay. Overall, a good price/performance ratio.

Great location for the O2
Our check in was pleasant after being told 1 of our rooms was not ready although it was 3.45. However within 3 minutes we were then advised another room was ready for us. The hotel is very modern and clean and I would certainly stay here again if visiting the O2 as with only 1 tube stop it is perfect. Also recommend visiting Browns restaurant opposite the hotel.

Paralympics
Visiting London for the Paralympic Games. Couldn't ask for a better place to go back to after a long day of watching games and site seeing. Staff was very helpful with all our questions and rooms were always clean and comfortable. Close to alot of different resturants and shopping and train stations. The only complaint would be the price of the interenet.

london trip
the hotel was lovely, very clean etc etc the staff were very helpfull , the door staff overly , in that you felt obliged to go through the door they opened , rather than the revolving one. The use of the hotels internet was expensive the location suprisingly near tower bridge.one of the days we cycled way past the tower within the half hour allowed on the free rental period.will stay there again.

Very close to perfection
Fabulous b&b deal. Warm friendly staff. Lovely room on 7th floor. No noise from anywhere even though DLR ran down the side of the hotel. King-sized bed, flat-screen TV and little additional touches that made it special (mugs not cups, takeaway mugs, lingerie hangers, robe/slippers and full shower/bath/hair miniatures and umbrella. Slight disappointment with housekeeping in that mugs were dirty. We were asked however if we wanted the bed turning down and gave us chocolates. Great location for Jubilee Line and DLR into the City or Westfield Centre/Olympic Stadium Stratford. Breakfast was lovely despite having to queue for several minutes. An excellent choice of continental/cooked breakfast. Excellent discount on parking in nearby car park.

London getaway!
The hotel was beautiful and my room was perfect. It had a view of the water and the outstanding buildings of the financial district. It was just a few minutes walk to many pubs and restaurants and shops. Also near a tube station so getting in and out of central London was a breeze.

Quiet and Clean
In London for vacation. Hotel is clean and quiet. A bit removed from Central London, but right next to DLR and Canary Wharf Tube stop--so easy to get about. A pleasant surprise was "Curve" their restaurant. Very good food and service. The only down side was a handicapped room (we are not physically challenged) with absolutely NO view-- a roof top--was it. So, the Hotel room do not have the views one sees on the website. Be aware that the Jubilee line serevs Canary Wharf and weekend construction make it a bit dicey.

Stylish hotel with good facilities.
Stylish hotel with good facilities. Location makes it easy to access all areas of London via the public transport links. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable. Pleasant bar, did not use the restaurant as I had other plans. If it suits you budget you won't be disappointed.
