First time in London
Upon arriving, we were greeted my a very helpful staff. The experience was very good, except for poor Internet connectivity found in the rooms. Aside from that, it was a very nice experience.

Excellent Location
The hotel is between two tube stops on the Jubilee Line (London Bridge and Southwark). The staff was very friendly, accommodating and ready to help. It impressed me that the staff knew my name and addressed me by name each time I returned to the hotel. The location was excellent and I recommend checking out the Burroughs market area near London Bridge tube stop for excellent eateries. I will definitely stay here again.

very very good location, right next to the eye, london tower and london bridge, very good location i believe and for the price it doesn't get any better, breakfast is complete and good. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great location
Found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a bit small, but probably average for London. LOVE the concept of having to put your key card in a holder to turn on room lights, but it's not intuitive, so had to call and ask.

Un hotel propre mais pour le prix on attend mieux
quand on paye 115€ une nuit (le prix normal est meme 285£) on s'attend à plus de prestations. des hotels à 30€ offrent le wifi dans la chambre mais ces chaines d'hotels font payer le wifi dans la chambre (il faut descendre dans le hall et demander un code pour avoir un acces sinon). tant que ces chaines se comporteront ainsi je les descendrai. d'autant plus qu'ici, les chambres sont petites, la vue est inexistante, la tv avec 10 chaines est petite. le coffre fort ne marchait pas, pas de piscine, une salle de sport indigne et le petit déj est hors de prix.... autant prendre un 2 étoiles ca vous coutera moins cher et vous en aurez autant

L'hotel è molto bello e moderno
L'hotel è molto bello e moderno ed è a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metopolitana di London Bridge. Il letto è comodissimo e la pulizia impeccabile. In camera c'è un fornellino e tutto l'occorrente per farsi il tè gratis. Purtroppo c'è solo l'autobus RV1 che passa davanti all'hotel e la sera non ci sono locali aperti nelle vicinanze dove mangiare, comunque la zona è tranquilla e sicura (sono quasi tutti uffici). Di fronte all'hotel c'è un supermercato che rimane aperto fino alle 22 tranne il sabato e domenica quando chiude presto. Il personale dell'hotel è gentilissimo e disponibile. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli fino a sera gratuitamente.Il giudizio è decisamente positivo e la cifra che abbiamo pagato con [il vostro sito web] era inferiore alle tariffe degli alberghi più scadenti.
