Rooms always very nice have stayed
Rooms always very nice have stayed previously. Service from staff is usuallu exceptional I find! HOtel used to have smoking rooms my last trip there was now aLL NON smoking but not a prob! Would recommend it as the best hotel to stay in Chelsea

Excellent value for a double room
Excellent value for a double room which was spacious, clean and modern. Close to Fulham Broadway tube and buses to West End outside.

FIRST TIME STAYING AT THIS HOTEL! SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL HELPFUL COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO COLLEAGUES AND FRIENDS! ROOMS WERE GREAT OPTION FOR SMOKING AS WELL AS NON-SMOKING ROOMS! NICE FOOD IN RESTAURANT TOO :)

Solid hotel for a good price
Good location, only a 400 meter walk from the Fulham/Broadway tube station - which is important when staying in London. This hotel is next door to the Chelsea Football Club (I'm a fan) and is very nice indeed. The hotel was quiet, clean, and new. The staff were ok, but you must remember - particularly if you're traveling from the USA - that you will never get GREAT service in Europe. As far as typical British service goes, this hotel is toward the top. The neighborhood is active without being too much, and I recommend trying "Brogan's" for a good pub experience. Also note: if you're carrying a lot of luggage, and traveling by public transit, you REALLY should chart your hotel and tube station in advance. Tube stations in London can have really narrow steep stairs! Not all the stations have lifts (elevators), so it's important to be getting on/off the tube at stations with the disabled marker if you want to use an elevator for all that luggage.

If you're not in the mood for a pub meal, you may want to try "GBK" (Gourmet Burger Kitchen) which is a chain restaurant, but is clean, good, and well-priced. Not to mention yummy!

The Hotel was excellent and is in a superb location. The only criticism was the noise, at all hours of the day, from presumably the lift. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all.

Great Location - Modern - Great Price
The hotel was great - good location, price was very reasonable, room was spotless. My only complaint was that our phone wasn't working and the concierge just unplugged it. I missed a call from home because of that and staff had to knock on the door for my wake up call because the phone didn't work.

Hotel was ideal as a base to visit
Hotel was ideal as a base to visit Chelsea Flower Show but there was a lot of outside noise from planes & trains. Would not be a good place to stay when Chelsea FC are at home. Parking was expensive. A plus point is that this is the first hotel I have stayed in where the change the towels & clean the room twice a day, morning and evening.
