good location -but staff:(
Good location, and clean room, but staff was not helpful, I kept waiting while they were on (clearly) personal phone calls. When I checked out (of my prepaid room) they tried to CHARGE me, saying it had only been a reservation. This took about 20 minutes and being very assertive to get corrected.ANd when it was, there wasn't an apology. The location rocks, and the room is clean-did not have bar or breakfast . Wireless should be complimentary for more than 30 minutes in the lobby, and should be in the room!

We were very impressed with the NH Kensington in every way. It is a very modern & well-placed hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We will definitely come back here next time we are in London.

It is what it is - sound clean
It is what it is - sound clean Hotel with a little spanish flair-( I stay with NH in spain sometimes ) in a good area if you need west London .Best assest - Staff !! they were great Food ,Bars ,Breakfast - just walk outside and your in London for far better value then in house - still a good place to sleep if the price is right

The location is good as it is
The location is good as it is only about 3 minutes from Earl Court Tube station. You can also catch bus 74 infront of the hotel, which bring you to Harrolds, Hyde Park, Baker Street. The room is spacious,clean and well-furnished.The service is excellent. The price is definitely value for money. I would rate it between 4 to 5 star.

Very very small bedroom, not a
Very very small bedroom, not a very comfortable bed, and no space to put 2 suitcases, unless you used the upstairs separate living room (which was nice to have, although up a set of tortuous stairs.) Big bathroom but nowhere to hang anything up in there, including towels which was fairly annoying.

very disappointed with front desk
very disappointed with front desk service, surly, unhelpful; on check-out, attempted to over-charge without apology. $41.00 Canadian for a 1-800 phone call is excessive. as is the wifi charge.
