A quality hotel situated in the heart of Paddington, London. Close to Hyde Park, Marble Arch, Oxford Street and London's premier West End area. The hotel is ideal for business and leisure travellers visiting London, being only minutes from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express. A perfect base for exploring London, conveniently located in Paddington with quick access to all areas of London. Facilities include, a Concierge Desk; laundry and dry cleaning services; a Bar which has been recently modernised. It is air-conditioned, cosy and well stocked, remaining open late into the night. A Conference Room, ideal for small meetings of up to 15 people.

Norfolk Plaza

Old building with small rooms, but you can't beat the location: few minutes walk from Paddington. Room was small and slightly chilly, warm but not hot water, but not a deal-killer. Not luxurious, but good enough and a fair price.

Great Hotel, Great Location!

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the tube. A "normal sized" hotel room compared to most throughout Europe. Nearby are plenty of places to eat, along with little shops. Overall a great place!

The tube is literally a few minute walk. You can access any part of London from there.

"Excellent base for travelling"

Overall the hotel was quite good. Breakfast was included with our room which helped a lot when we were ready to head out for the day but didn't want to spend too much time eating. We used the hotel mainly as our base while travelling around town and country, and I think it wouldn't have been as enjoyable had we had to spend more time at the hotel simply because there isn't much to do within the hotel proper. However, as our base it was quite excellent.

Check out the Camden Markets on Saturdays off of Camden Lock station, Northern line, for a lot of cheap homemade items.
