Bathroom split between toilet and sink. there was some confusion about internet availability and breakfast. If you stay for more than one day it is easier to subscribe Orange internet for 30 days, which is cheaper than the one offered by the hotel along with the TV. Staff does not clearly tell these things.

Warm Nights
The staff at Novotel Hotel South were very friendly, cooperative and helpful. They helped with all customer hotel and travel needs. The room was very clean. However, the hotel advertised that it had an effective water cooling system similar to AC. No. The rooms were warm at night. The hotel did not provide common savings for customers like free (or at least low cost) breakfast, newspapers and a place for customers to do their own laundry. Hotel price very high; however, Novotel is a very secure hotel.

This hotel was in the downtown area so not much happening at night. Transportation in London is great so don't let the location stop you from staying there.

Clean, well-kept, but small rooms
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and made our stay quite enjoyable. However, despite their cleanliness, we found the room configuration a bit small and awkward. We would not recommend trying to fit 3 adults in a room with sofa-bed -- although those rooms could likely sleep 2 adults and 2 kids quite comfortably. The hotel's central location made it ideal for a walking visit over to the Globe Theatre on the Thames's South Bank. Plus it's within a 10-minute walk from the London Bridge tube station. For those traveling from Gatwick or Heathrow to London Bridge TRAIN station, a taxi to the hotel would work better if you're carrying lots of bags.

rapport qualité/prix excellent
2 nuits dans cet hôtel à l'insonorisation parfaite, trés proche d'une station de métro donc parfait pour rejoindre le centre ville, le petit déjeuner un régal, le tout avec du personnel prévenant. à recommander.
