Very nice, but has street noise

I really liked this hotel and the staff was friendly, it was at a very nice location near the Paddington subway station and lots of restaurants and it was easy to get around. The only problem is the traffic noise, though that's to be expected.

I was disappointed in the hotel,

I was disappointed in the hotel, the sheets were clean but there were stains on the other bedclothes, quite disgusting. It was hard to get the water running properly in the shower, so no decent shower. No tea and coffee facilities. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was what I expected, very easy to get around London from there and a safe neighbourhood.

非常失望!有嚴重受騙之感!晚班的服務人員態度超差!常常把房客鎖在大門外。提醒要到倫敦的朋友不要選這間飯店，一樣的價錢附近更好的擇多的是。

évitez la chambre 6 (triple) très

évitez la chambre 6 (triple) très bruyante en coin de rue,papier déchiré du mur, prise du téléphone qui pend du mur, la douche est limite et les serviettes ne sont pas changées.le prix est prohibitif pour la prestation.
