The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us feel quite welcome. The area around the flat is safe with a lot of little stores and restaurants. We were out quite late some nights without any problems. To make it even better, the Paddington tube station was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again.

Good Location, yet needs attention
rented unit 4 at 9 paddington square on 8/31/11 - 9/3/11. No satellite signal so had 4 snowy Air channels. Washer/dryer had broken front load door so unable to use. Crayon marks on the walls. Dining table had broken leg. Stove hood lighting and fan not working. Near paddington station so easy connect to LHR and city sites. Many restaurants, bars and convenience shops near by. Older building so sound proofing not great. If you are looking for a cheap place with a kitchen to rest your head, then this place isn't bad. However, if you plane to spend much time in your room, this place isn't for you.

Gerne wieder!
Die Apartments verfügen über alles, was man für einen London-Kurztrip braucht. Es ist gut ausgerüstet (lediglich der Backofen sollte mit Bedacht verwendet werden) und man kann somit einige £ sparen und zu Hause etwas einfaches zu Essen bereiten. Dusche/WC sind klein, aber es reicht vollkommen aus. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Raum nicht vollständig abgedunkelt werden kann zum Schlafen. TV mit diversen Sendern, funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Der Aufzug ist nur etwas für Personen mit starken Nerven. Die Lage ist sehr gut, innert 4min ist man an der Paddington Station. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Viele bemängeln, dass das Check-In an einer anderen Adresse gemacht werden muss - wer sich im Vorfeld informiert, ist klar im Vorteil. Allerdings ist die Rezeption nur eine Underground-Station weiter und somit innert kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Kurz und Gut: eine einfache Unterkunft, die für einen London-Kurztrip völlig genügt!

arrivé tardivement sur londres, nous avons eu beaucoup de peine à trouver la réception ( avec la fatigue, cela nous a beaucoup agacées!) Le personnel est très sympathique et à votre écoute. La chambre sentait les égouts! ( l'odeur venant des toilettes) et il y avait un bruit sonore très énervant qui sonnait toute la nuit... impossible de savoir ce que sait ... si vous êtes insomniaque à éviter. Très bien situé, très bons restaurants...

Kein 4 * Appartment
Den Check-in muss man in einem andern Hotel Machen. Das Appartment ist von aussen her nicht ersichtlich. Für mich ist es keine 4* Ausstattung: Der Rauchmelder ertönt beim gebrauch des Toasters, im Bad tropft es von der Decke. In der Waschmaschine war noch schmutzige Wäsche. Es hatte keine Geschirrtücher um das Geschirr zu trocknen. Man hört den Gast eine Etage höher (ziemlich ringhörig). Für eine Städtereise ist es aber nicht schlecht. Es hat Geschäfte in der Nähe und die U-Bahnstation ist in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Zu Fuss ist man auch in ein paar Minuten beim Hyde-Park. Allen in allem: Das Zimmer ist zu gebrauchen, aber aufgepasst, dass man nachfragt wo einchecken.
