The Hotel is located 200 metres from the station. Approximate time: 40 minutes. Driving Head west on the M4, which turns into the A4 (Cromwell Road). Our Hotel is on the right, between Collingham Gardens and Gloucester Road intersection. London Gatwick (LGW) Airport: Public Transport Take the Gatwick Express Train to London Victoria Station. Exit the Train and follow the signs to the 'Underground'. Take either the Westbound Circle (Yellow) or District (Green) Lines, to the Gloucester Road Tube Station. A nice, clean and friendly hotel
Overall it was a nice, clean and well presented hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Our room was of modest size for the price, what one would expect of London. There was lots of choice for breakfast and all the food was cooked, prepared and presented to a high standard. The breakfast room was light and airy. It was in a good location for exploring this area of London and good tube network made it very accessible to the other areas of London we wished to explore during our short stay. There were excellent restaurants located within walking distance of the hotel. In summary, a most enjoyable short break

There is an excellent Indian restaurant approximately 10 minutes walk from the hotel called "Light of India" It is well worth a visit.

Worst 3 or 4 star hotel ive stayed in
The sheets had a stain on them, the shaver socket in bathroom didnt work, the shower had cold water. The TV was temperamental, the window wouldnt close. The worst experience was the restaurant though. Very cold waitress, the food was reasonably priced but terribly quality. Would have had better food in a pub. I ordered the muscles which were overdone and the rocket and cheese salad which was a few leafs which were yellow on edges surrounded by pieces of mozzarella (and a bad quality one), for £9.00 you'd expect more and better quality. The wine wasn't bad though. Also I paid on website for double bed and selected it, but when i turned up they only had single rooms available. DO NOT GO. Plus its too far from any decent shops.

London briefly
Polite staff made you feel like a royalty
Wonderful staff, really clean rooms and the morning coffee brought to your table at breakfast. How could you not feel like a queen in this beautifully decorated hotel? Short walk from Gloucester road-underground station and Natural history museum. Also Harrod's and Hyde Park in a walking distance. Only thing missing was a free internet connection.

SUPER WRITER
A LOVING COUPLE IN LONDON
THE IDEA AND STRUCTURE OF THE HOTEL IS FINE. THE LOBBY VERY DESIREABLE AND AN AGREEABLE BAR. BREAKFAST WAS AS EXPECTED. THE ROOMS ARE SMALL AND TOUGH FOR A COUPLE WITH LUGGAGE EXPERIENCING A EUROPEAN SUMMER HOLIDAY. THE WIFI NEVER WORKED BUT THE STAFF TRIED HARD TO KEEP EVERYONE CONTENT ABOUT THIS ISSUE. WE WOULD RETURN PER THE LOCATION AND RATE.

Olympics family of three

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel. Warm (small single bed) room in good condition. Good breakfast and service. Wifi not included but available and quite expensive. Bar at the premises. Close to Tube station.

Good, but not Amazing
The hotel is very easy to find using the underground, particularly from Heathrow. The staff is helpful, but the concierge could only provide information that 2 minutes searching online did. Also, internet access is unreasonably expensive.
