London Holiday
It is not close to Downtown London, but is about 3 blocks from a subway and regional rail station that go right to Heatrow and downtown. It is buried in a residential area and was somewhat difficult to find. It is located next to a large park that is good for walking or evening runs. The room was a standard European room that was small but adequate for one night. They are strict about the check-in time if you are arriving in the morning after an international flight.

Short walk from hotel
There is a pub on the main street between the hotel and the subway station that was a good place to hang out and watch football games with the locals.
