Poor experience unfortunately
On arrival I was waiting over 20 minutes at check-in. On entering my room it was cold and remained so for nearly 90 minutes on a very cold evening. At 2150 when I wanted to be in bed, I was offered an alternative room which was simply not acceptable. I have stayed at many RB Hotels in Europe and US and UK and was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable.

Great value!
I booked a great hotel deal. The hotel website itself had some good offers. I got a 4-star for a 3-star price. Location was excellent, room size was sufficient and overall service was great. No complaints at all.

Hotel has great restaurants within 5-minute walk and you can also get your essentials at a Sainsbury (like a 7-11) across the street and a Tesco express around the corner.

London weekend getaway
Hotel was ideally located and for 150 dollars the price was right. Easy tube or reasonable walk to Soho/Covent Gardens for shopping and restaurants. very satisfied! wife loved the weekend:)

Hot Cooking Girl
Not a good place to stay if you're on vacation... or anything for that matter!
The first room I was given smelled so bad, I had to ask for a different room. The room was incredibly small (even though most European rooms are often small). There was barely any room to walk between the foot of the bed and the wall, the TV/Cable options were horrible, the bathroom was so tiny, I kept getting my clothes caught on the handle every time I walked in (it was that narrow). The WiFi they offer is terrible considering I'd have to stay stationed in one area of the room where I got the signal. Their business center is in the basement. There are more guests that are there for business as opposed to pleasure. It's a hotel that fails miserably at trying to be one of the top hotels. Customer service is horrible as well.

Easy stopover
Thankyou this hotel was clean and comfortable and we found it ideally situated to access the places we wanted to go ie Camden Locke markets. The show district and close to St pancreas train station where we landed from Paris. The old building does have a few random level changes on our floor there was a set of 4 steps and another set of 2 between the lift and our door and within our room 4 steps between bathroom and bedroom so a little tricky if you have a load of luggage Or mobility issues

Love the Camden Locke markets great food stalls and restaurants as well as a wonderful variety of unique shopping browsing experience s also from there you can take a canal cruise and see some of London from a new perspective very pleasent

New to London travel
Average stay
The hotel is located very close to the Warren Tube station. There are several pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops within a short walk of the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is overpriced, rooms are not air conditioned, we had to request a fan as our room got a lot of sun. As with most hotels in major, older, cities, the rooms are small. There were plenty of outlets to utilize, the bathroom facilities were very nice. One elevator did not work most of the visit.

Great Hotel
The hotel's rooms were a tad smaller than I would have liked, however, overall stay was extremely pleasant. The central location and friendly staff provide a perfect spot for traveling the city. The hotel is located quite near to the shopping districts and offers a great deal of restaurants, ranging from Spanish, Russian, Thai, and Tibetan, located in SOHO. I would defiantly recommend this to friends and family.

SOHO provides a great deal of bars and eateries that are entirely within walking distance. Some were around 5 to 10 minutes and others were a tab further.
